Hi,

My name is Joy Chow and thank you for tuning in to my meditation.

Let's begin by making sure that your body is fully relaxed.

Either you're sitting down or lying down or perhaps standing up.

So please keep your feet on the ground at all times and you may close your eyes now ensuring that every part of your body is relaxing.

This meditation is to make you feel that everything will be okay.

So let's begin by taking one long deep breath in through the nose,

All the way up till your chest feels full and slowly exhaling out through the mouth.

Inhaling through the nose and exhaling out through the mouth all the way until there's nothing.

Now inhaling through the nose all the way up expanding and just hold it,

Hold it as much as you can and slowly exhaling out through the mouth.

No matter what you're feeling today,

Remember to process that feeling whether it's frustration,

Disappointment,

Sadness or loneliness.

Let those emotions be felt by your body.

It's important that we process these emotions so these emotions won't be stuck in any part of our body.

The more you hold on and hold on to those emotions and not process them and ignore or avoid them,

They can create stagnation in our systems and blockages and as a result it can lead to problems.

So whatever you are going through,

Ensure that you are processing those emotions and letting it go and releasing.

Another process you may want to do is to start journaling all those emotions and just write with your hands and to continue just letting the hand lead those emotions and you will find at the end of your writing when you can no longer write anymore,

You will also feel so much better.

Another way of processing emotions is talking it through either from a loved one,

A friend who understands and just going through the motions.

Another way of processing those emotions when no one is around can be just using a mirror and just simply talking to yourself and once you've actually spoken to yourself you can also answer yourself by positioning yourself in another spot still in front of the mirror.

You may find that this would also help you and no one's gonna judge you,

It's just you,

So it's quite safe and it's important to have these tools to be able to actually process your emotions.

So today I've given you four tools that you may apply when you're feeling all those really strong emotions that sometimes are really hard to contain and remember you are not alone so whenever you're feeling down you may also listen to this meditation because when you hear solutions it's already feeling lighter for you and that is really the aim is to be able to manage whatever comes along our way.

So thank you for listening to this short meditation.

I really love giving this to you and I hope that it would make you feel better.

So let's again end the meditation by doing the three breaths and you can see if you're feeling better after this meditation and if not you may take the other ones that I have suggested for you either journaling,

Talking to a loved one or friend,

Talking to yourself in front of a mirror and just making sure that you process each emotion to the last note or writing.

So now let's begin to inhale back in through the nose and out through the mouth.

This one strong one.

Just ensuring that you really inhale in,

Really inhale in when you couldn't no longer because there's lots of stagnant emotions that sometimes when we're not breathing properly.

So inhale in through the nose again and just release very quickly and the last breath we will do inhaling through the nose one more time and this time we'll hold it as much as we can so stay and exhaling out slowly this time.

Thank you for meditating with me and hope you have a great day,

At least a better day and namaste along your way.

Bye for now.
