Welcome to this meditation,

Floating into sleep,

Designed to help you float effortlessly into a deep,

Peaceful sleep.

I'd like to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to James Anthony Walker for allowing me to use the ambient music in the background.

In this session,

You will be guided into a state of total relaxation,

Allowing your mind,

Your body to gently drip off into restful sleep slumber.

Find a comfortable position in your bed,

Gently close your eyes,

And allow yourself to fully relax as we begin.

Imagine yourself lying in a cozy,

Soft bed,

Surrounding by the gentle warmth of a calm,

Serene night.

The world outside is quiet,

And everything around you feels safe and peaceful.

You are exactly where you need to be,

And there's nothing more to do.

This time is just for you.

Let go,

Unwind,

And allow sleep to come naturally.

As you lie in there,

Feel the support of the bed beneath you,

Cradling your body in comfort.

Let your muscles relax,

Sinking deeper into the softness.

Your head is gently cushioned,

Your body is warm,

And your mind begins to slow down.

Now imagine you are floating on a calm,

Still sea.

The water is warm and gentle,

Supporting you completely as you drift effortlessly.

The sky is deep,

Dark blue,

With soft,

Twinkling stars.

A gentle breeze whispers across your skin,

Soothing and comforting as you continue to float.

With each gentle wave,

You feel yourself being soothed into a deeper state of relaxation.

The water cradles you,

Rocking you softly,

As if the sea itself is carrying you towards a place of perfect peace.

You feel light,

Free of any burdens,

Just floating and allowing the gentle rhythm of the waves to carry you.

As you float,

You notice the moon rising in the sky,

Casting a soft silver light across the water.

The moonlight dances on the surface,

Creating a path of shimmering light that stretches out before you.

This path is inviting,

Leading you towards a place of deep,

Restorative sleep.

The sound of the water is soothing,

Each tiny ripple like a lullaby,

Whispering you into a state of deep relaxation.

You feel the coolness of the night air on your skin,

Perfectly balanced by the warmth of the water.

All your worries,

Thoughts and concerns drift away,

Carried off by the gentle waves.

There's nothing more you need to do,

Just float and let go.

You are completely at ease,

Floating in this peaceful sea under the starry sky.

Your body is relaxed,

Your mind is calm,

And you feel a sense of contentment and safety wash over you.

You are being gently guided into a restful,

Deep sleep.

As you continue to float,

You notice that the water seems to be guiding you towards the shore.

It's a shore made of soft,

White sand,

Illuminated by the glow of the moon.

With each gentle push of the waves,

You feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed.

Your eyelids are growing heavier,

Your breathing slower and more steady.

The shore is almost within reach now,

And you feel a deep sense of peace,

Knowing that when you arrive,

You'll be embraced by the most restful,

Restorative sleep.

Finally,

The waves gently deposit on you the soft,

Warm sand.

You feel the embrace of the earth beneath you,

Comforting and secure.

The stars above twinkle softly,

And gentle sound of the sea continues to soothe you.

Know that you are exactly where you need to be,

Ready to drift off into the deepest sleep.

There's nothing left to do but to surrender to this feeling of calm and peace.

As you lie on the sand,

Fading into the background,

As sleep takes over,

You are completely relaxed,

Your mind at ease and your body at rest.

Allow to drift off now,

Floating into sleep,

Carried by the gentle waves of relaxation,

You are safe,

You are calm.
