This meditation is for people who need a quiet moment and to feel centred. It focuses on reducing stress and anxiety through taking deep and long breathes, planting feet onto the ground, and feeling inwards to self. It is a reminder to ourselves that we can take a moment to centre wherever we may be or whatever part of the day it may be. It is short and simple, easy to follow from beginners to advanced. It is a meditation to clear the mind and feel into our bodies.

This short meditation is made for you today so you can find your core at any time and at anywhere you may be.

Firstly I want you to be aware of your body.

Are you sitting down or are you standing up?

No matter what position you may be I would like you to plant your feet to the ground.

Now we are gonna take slow and long,

Three inhalations and exhalations and I will tell you as we begin.

So let's let's do it.

Inhale in through the nose and exhale out through the mouth.

Inhale in through the nose and exhale out through the mouth.

And one last time inhale in through the nose and exhale out through the mouth.

Notice how you are feeling right now,

How everything seems to be slowing down and just as you need.

I want you to place your left hand to your heart and your right hand to your pelvic region.

Feel your stomach expanding as you breathe.

You're breathing the breath of life and on your left hand you can feel the sound of your heart.

Your heart and your breath aligning together.

Take this moment to yourself and really feel your body and just breathe in normally.

You may close your eyes or just have it slightly open looking at the ground.

I want you to be aware of the external noises that you can hear as it slowly quiets down.

Take one more moment to be just be fully present for yourself.

You feel your heart and your breath on the palms of your hand and be grateful for the blessing that you have the breath of life.

Now let's just end with three more long and slow breaths.

So inhale in through the nose and exhale out through the mouth.

Inhale in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Inhale in through the nose and slowly let go through the mouth.

I want you to remember and say out loud with me if you would like.

I am peace.

I am me.

I am who I am and I'm grateful for being me.

And now you may slowly open your eyes.
