Please ensure your back and neck is straight and your feet not crossed but planted firmly on the ground.
You are invited to close your eyes,
Or if you prefer,
You may keep them open or soft gaze.
Now we'll start with a breathing awareness.
Begin by focusing on your breath,
Inhaling deeply through your nose,
And I will be counting to four.
Then we will be holding for four,
And we will exhale slowly through the mouth for four,
And holding for four.
Let's begin.

Continue this rhythmic breathing,
Feeling the rise and fall of your chest and the flow of air in and out.
Now we're going to connect with our heart.
Place your right hand over your heart,
Feeling the warmth and the gentle beat.
Now place the left hand on your belly or sacral area.
Notice the rise on the inhalation and the fall on the exhalation.
Imagine a soft golden light glowing at the center of your chest.
This light represents your heart's wisdom and intuition.
With each breath,
Allow the light to grow brighter,
Expanding within you,
Feeling the warmth and feeling the peace within your heart.
Now we're going to acknowledge the mind.
Shift your focus to your mind.
Acknowledge the thoughts that may be passing through your mind.
Without judgment,
Observe these thoughts like passing clouds in the sky.
They come and go,
And you remain centered,
Observing the clouds passing by.
Now we're going to bring the heart and mind together.
I invite you to visualize a bridge.
This bridge connects your heart and mind.
The bridge symbolizes your intention to align the two together.
As you breathe,
Imagine your heart's wisdom flowing up to your mind and your mind's clarity flowing down to your heart.
See them meeting in the middle,
Blending harmoniously.
Now I'm going to share some affirmations with you.
You may silently follow,
Or you may follow out loud.
Repeat the affirmation.
I am in perfect alignment with my heart and mind.

I trust my inner wisdom and my thoughts serve me to my highest good.

They serve me to my highest good.
Let the affirmation resonate within you,
Reinforcing the connection between your heart and mind.
Now we are going to deepen the connection between the heart and mind.
As you continue to breathe,
Feel the alignment strengthening in your energetic body.
Imagine this as a golden pathway to peace and clarity.
Now as the pathways get strengthened,
Feel the balancing effects from your head to heart that wraps you.
Now I invite you to lay your hands,
Both of them,
To the top of your crown and slowly bringing your hands down to your heart.
This is like a slow sweeping motion.
Let's do this seven times,
Placing the intention to connect the head to heart.
From the head to heart,
I am connecting my head to heart.
Mental clarity to the heart's wisdom,
Gently stroking from head to heart,
A peaceful mind to a loving heart,
A focused mind to a present heart,
A beautiful mind to a beautiful heart,
A clear mind to a gentle heart,
And lastly,
Continue stroking,
A calm mind to a kind heart.
As this meditation comes to close,
Take a deep breath to ground yourself in this alignment.
This alignment grounds you and keeps you safe throughout the day.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes and remember to carry this sense of alignment within you throughout your day and trust it will guide you toward greater peace and clarity.
