Take a little vacation from your current everyday life and meet me in a beautiful snow-covered forest where we can let go of anything that is blocking us and sit among the strong, beautiful trees where we will manifest positivity and peace.

Transcript

Take a moment to get comfortable.

You can be seated or even lying down.

As long as your spine is nice and straight and your chest is open.

Together let's take a big deep breath and extend our arms all the way up to the sky.

See if you can capture some magic.

Let your palms kiss and then exhale bringing your hands down to your heart.

We'll do that one more time.

Big inhale as you reach and take up a lot of space here.

See if you can imagine holding that beautiful energy of this new day in your hands.

And then palms together and on the exhale bring them down to your heart.

You can now rest your hands in your lap or on your knees or thighs.

Whatever feels comfortable for you.

Now just start to soften your gaze and notice the sounds in your environment.

Start to take a few nice deep breaths.

You can even take a big deep breath where you pull your shoulders up to your ears.

Get nice and tight.

And then exhale and let everything melt down to the ground or the chair that supports you.

And when you're ready,

Slowly close your eyes.

Start to shift your focus to your breath.

We are going to breathe in through our nose to the count of four.

And then breathe out through the mouth to the count of two.

We're going to do this several times.

Breathe in two three four.

Breathe in two three four.

And out one two.

In two three four.

And out one two.

In two three four.

And out one two.

In two three four.

And out one two.

Now inhale to the count of four.

Hold your breath to the count of four.

And then exhale to the count of five.

In two three four.

Hold two three four.

And exhale two three four five.

In two three four.

Hold two three four.

And exhale two three four five.

In two three four.

Hold two three four.

And exhale two three four five.

In two three four.

Hold two three four.

And exhale two three four five.

Empty it all out.

Now just fall into a natural breathing pattern.

You find yourself standing among the trees of a beautiful forest that's covered in snow.

You look around and notice that the entire landscape is covered in white fluffy snow.

You are amazed at the brilliance of how white and perfectly untouched this place is.

Every tree,

Every branch,

Every rock is blanketed in this beautiful powder.

You take a big deep breath and welcome the cool crisp air that fills your nose.

Take a moment to take everything in.

Really notice the landscape.

What does it smell like?

What does the temperature feel like?

What sounds do you hear?

Whatever your forest looks like,

Just start to notice all of its beauty.

Take notice of this special place,

However it looks to you.

As you look down at your feet and then your hands,

You realize you're all bundled up with thick socks,

Boots and gloves.

And while you feel a refreshing coolness on your cheeks,

You are completely warm and content.

As you continue to breathe normally,

You start to explore this magnificent untouched place.

You hear the crunch of the snow as you start to walk towards an area where you see sunlight dancing between the trees.

Where the sun touches the snow,

It looks pink or gold.

And more interestingly,

It makes it look like hundreds of crystals shining brilliantly in the sun.

You take a moment to take this all in,

The cool colors of blues and purples with the pink and gold streams of sunlight,

And you smile.

You gradually and carefully feel the muscles around your mouth move as the smile grows and it grows and it grows.

Such a beautiful,

Incredible feeling of joy as the smile grows.

You continue to smile as you look up at the clear blue sky and the perfectly white treetops and notice how your heart feels as you smile,

Looking up at the treetops and beyond to the clear sky.

You might even bring your hand to your heart and feel.

Breathe into the heart while keeping the smile open,

Joyful,

And just feel what happens in your heart.

You gradually let the smile go as your mouth returns to a neutral position and you continue to explore this magnificent place.

Hearing the calming crunch of your footsteps,

You start to explore the forest at your own pace.

You start to walk towards the beautiful sound of a nearby stream.

As you walk towards the stream,

You notice a small snow-covered wooden bridge leading to the stream.

You approach the bridge and as you take the first step on the bridge,

A wave of blissful tranquility passes through your entire body.

You take a second step,

Feeling calm and relaxed.

On your third step,

You slide deeper into a state of relaxation.

And now you take a fourth and final step.

You are feeling completely safe,

Completely relaxed,

And completely warm.

You notice a few large gray stones near the river.

You start to walk towards them and pick your favorite one to sit on so that you can sit among the trees and just listen to the ribbon of stream as it burbles and trickles around the snow-covered stones.

How does the stone feel as you sit on it?

Is it cool?

Is it warm?

Does the sunlight touch it in any areas?

Feel the support of the stone as you just sit,

Watching and listening to the stream.

The water is so clear and glistens in the sun.

Take a moment to inhale the clear,

Crisp air and exhale,

Feeling the warmth of your breath on your nose.

You look around and see the forest has these beautiful tall trees,

Some skinny,

Some big,

Some are straight,

Some twist and turn.

They are all perfectly unique,

Just like you.

And all have one thing in common.

They are all touched by snow,

Each and every branch of every tree.

The next time you inhale,

Inhale the strength of the trees in the forest and the clarity of the stream.

Exhale any negative thoughts or emotions that may be blocking you.

Here in this forest,

There is only love,

Peace and clarity.

You feel completely safe and secure.

If you want,

Take off one of your gloves and stick your hand in the water and just imagine the water washing over you and washing away anything you need to let go of.

Pick up a nearby rock and look at it.

Feel the rock in your hand.

Feel the cool texture and think about transferring any thoughts that may be blocking you to that rock.

Once you transfer any thoughts or emotions that no longer serve you,

Gently toss the rock into the stream and let it float away.

As you watch that rock float down the stream,

Feel the happiness and lightness that brings with letting it go.

Just watch as it floats down the stream,

Getting further and further away from your state of happiness and bliss.

Maybe you aren't experiencing any negative thoughts or emotions and that's okay too.

This is your special place to simply be.

And if you have anything to let go of,

Let the magic of this healing forest help relieve you of those things.

Inhale the serenity and calm you feel in the forest and exhale your gratitude for this moment.

Stay with this image of the forest while you breathe normally and take notice of your calm,

Relaxed state of mind.

On your next inhale,

You stand up from the stone you're sitting on and turn to come back from where you came.

As you slowly walk up the wooden bridge,

You feel a sense of calm and peace.

On your first step,

You inhale and feel gratitude for discovering this beautiful,

Serene place.

As you take your second step,

You know that this place will always be here for you to return to.

You arrive at the start of the bridge and start to notice the brilliant white snow-covered forest where you first discovered the bridge.

You feel a wave of blissful tranquility as you notice the song of a bird.

You look down to notice a red bird perched on the banister of the bridge.

You marvel at how amazing the contrast of this red bird is to the white-covered forest.

As you observe the bird,

Bring to mind anything you want to manifest in the new year.

Think of all the dreams,

Hopes and goals you have for yourself and sit with the feeling that anything is possible for you.

As you watch the bird spread its wings and fly gracefully into the clear blue sky,

Imagine it taking your dreams,

Hopes and goals with it into the new year.

Delivering these goals to the universe,

Delivering the message of what you want to accomplish.

On your next inhale,

Step off of the bridge and start to return to the present moment.

Slowly start to bring your awareness back to your surroundings,

Noticing the ground that supports you and any noises you may hear.

Slowly start to wiggle your fingers and toes and on your next exhale,

When you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Take a moment to notice your surroundings while in this state of calm and relaxation.

And know that you can return to this feeling anytime throughout the day.
