Just let your eyes close.
Keep your spine nice and straight and open your chest and begin breathing with full awareness.
Inhale with awareness into your body.
And exhale softness allowing the shoulders,
Neck,
Jaw to relax.
Inhale while fully focusing on your breath,
Noticing the sensations as you breathe into your body.
Exhale softening,
Opening,
Being present.
As you inhale now,
Feel what's happening in your body.
From the bottom of your spine all the way to your stomach and chest,
Heart and throat,
Eyebrows,
Top of the head.
Breathe into any sensations you find and allow your body to soften and relax.
And when you're ready,
Slowly bring your awareness back to the present and open your eyes.
See that wasn't so hard.
