Hey everyone,
So welcome to Meditation and Healing.
I'm Jordan Bain,
A certified senior guide with the Modern Mystery School.
We'll go right in and start meditating.
So you can begin by closing your eyes,
Taking a few deep breaths,
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
You want to have your feet on the floor,
Palms face up in your lap.
We'll start out with guided body relaxation.
So I'll be saying out loud for each part of the body to relax three times,
Starting with the feet.
You can say that softly,
Whispering it to yourself so that your body can hear you and relax more deeply.
Feet relax.
Legs relax.
Thighs relax.
Hips relax.
Lower back relax.
Lower back relax.
Belly relax.
Chest relax.
Whispering this back to your own body for each part of your body,
Placing your awareness and attention on that body part that you're talking to,
Feeling it open,
Relax and let go.
Upper back relax.
Upper back relax.
Shoulders relax.
Arms relax.
Hands relax.
Breathing deeply in through the nose and out through the mouth as you continue to tell each part of your body to relax and let go.
Neck and throat relax.
Neck and throat relax.
Head and face relax.
Head and face relax.
Head and face relax.
Entire body relax.
Entire being relax.
Breathing and imagining yourself growing roots from your feet down into the earth,
Allowing those roots to wrap around the core of the earth and draw strength and life force and nourishment up from the roots,
Up from the earth into you,
Into your body,
Nourishing yourself with the energy of earth.
At the same time,
Bringing your awareness to your crown at the top of your head.
Imagine yourself receiving light from the universe,
From source,
From God,
However you understand the source of creation.
Allow that light to flow in through your crown.
Allow that infinite light to fill your body,
Flow through you and down into the earth in a continuous waterfall or stream.
Spend a few minutes,
Allowing the light to flow through you.
Focusing on your crown.
Any thoughts,
Any sensations,
Any emotions that arise within you,
Simply place them into that waterfall or stream of light as it flows through you and let them be dissolved down into the earth.
Thank you.
Continue to allow that light to flow through you,
Cleansing and healing your mind,
Your emotions,
Your body,
Your energy.
Your imagination matters in your meditation.

Letting everything flow through you and down into the earth.

As you fill with the light,
Become aware of your own heart.
Become aware of a space within your heart.
You can hold many things.
You can hold anything.
You can hold joy,
Pain,
Experiences.
You can hold any aspect of life.
Become aware of this space inside your heart.
And notice what is there today.
What is within the space inside your heart right now?
Is there a person in there?
A loved one,
A family member,
A friend,
A relationship?
Is there a feeling in there?
Is there an old wound in that space inside your heart?
Just be aware.
No judgment or even thought about what it is.
Just notice.
Just notice the feeling of whatever is there.
Stay with that feeling.
Stay with it.
It is worthwhile to feel it.
Even if you don't know what you're feeling,
Stay with the awareness.
Stay steady in your heart and in your mind.
Stay connected to the feeling inside your heart.
Begin to dive inside of the feeling.
Bring your awareness like you could swim or dive into it.
Notice where this feeling,
This energy,
This whatever it is inside your heart,
Notice where it came from.
You don't have to put this into words or concepts,
But feel it.
This is not a meditation about philosophy or concepts.
It's about feeling.
Just notice where did this come from?
Where did this feeling come from?
Trace it.
Trust that you know how to do that.
Trust that your heart knows so much more than you think.
Trace this feeling.
Observe and just love.
Whatever you see,
Just love.
Begin to apply your love,
Whatever that is for you in this moment.
Apply your love to whatever you're feeling here in your heart.
Begin to apply your love to the feeling inside your heart right now.
Stay with the feeling.
Keep your awareness inside of that feeling.
Remember that when you were in meditation and in the world of thought,
The world of feeling,
The world of feelings and feelings are real things with material density in their own dimensions.
They are real in their own way.
Keep your awareness inside whatever you are feeling and bring your love into that feeling.
You may notice different sensations or awarenesses in other parts of your body as well as you dive into that feeling inside your heart,
Bringing your love like a flashlight,
A torch or a flame into the feeling.
Simply be aware and move your awareness using your imagination,
Your intention,
Using your awareness to move through the feeling inside your heart with love.
It sounds so simple and it is,
But it's yours to do.
Stay with the feeling.
Keep your awareness inside whatever you are feeling and bring your love into that feeling.
Whatever it is inside your heart and bringing your love into that feeling.
Maybe you see like a symbol or an image.
Maybe you hear something like a word or a phrase.
Maybe you have a memory or a flash,
An impression.
Maybe you have even a smell or a taste or just a sensation,
Just a feeling,
Just a knowing somewhere within you,
Somewhere within your heart,
Somewhere within your body.
Bring your love and your awareness into that.
And watch what changes with that love and awareness.
As you begin to clean up and clear up whatever these feelings are inside of your heart,
As much as you're ready for,
Be aware of what else,
What else is there within the heart.
Just be alert and attuned with your senses,
With your inner being and your mind.
Be attuned to what else is inside your heart.
Continue working though.
Continue bringing love into the feeling inside your heart until it no longer exists,
Until that feeling is gone.
Whatever the feeling was,
Whether it was related to a person,
An experience,
Something that happened to you in the past,
Something happening right now,
Whatever that feeling was,
Let it be dissolved through your love.
The heart is not designed to hold the past,
The sorrow or the pain.
It's not even designed to hold the good things from the past.
It's just designed to be present right now with love.
And that's it.
Bringing your heart to its original purpose of being in a state of love right now.
Any missing cracks and crevices in these feelings,
Bring your love into those areas now.
Any places,
Any hidden places inside of these feelings in your heart,
Bring your love all the way into those hidden places now inside of your heart.
Bring your love all the way into those hidden places now,
Inside of your heart.
Inside of your heart.
Sticking with that energy of feeling in your heart.
As all of those places inside the heart are filled in with your love,
Something begins to grow and emerge inside the heart.
Something even more beautiful than what was there,
Visible before.
Shift your awareness into this new aspect that's growing inside the heart now.
What is this new self?
This new way of experiencing your own heart.
Discover it with your feeling,
Again inside your heart.
There is nowhere else.
What is emerging from within you?
This new way of experiencing your own heart.
This new way of experiencing your own heart.

Let it come spontaneously bubbling up from the heart.

What is asking,
Receiving that answer from within?
And letting the answer overflow from your heart and out to the world.
Out into your aura,
The space around you.
What is being born out of your heart?
What is your next level of expression?

What is it that you most want to express in your life now?
Let that come forward.
Let it expand out of your heart.
Let wave after wave begin to come up from your heart and out to the world.
Whatever is being born within your heart now,
Let it come out in waves to the world.

Whatever is being born out of your heart,
Let it continue to express outward in waves.
You don't have to have any words or concepts or understanding of it,
Just feeling,
Just love.
Once those waves naturally cease,
Return to the next feeling in your heart and begin to bring love to that next feeling.
Natural cycles of growth of love.
How love can grow in your heart.
Focus and concentrate your love in your heart now.
Send it through all the feelings.
Bring your love and your awareness through all the feelings that are within your heart now.
Applying love to everything that you can feel in your heart.
What is your next level of expression?
What is your next level of expression?

Feel and love.

Whenever you apply your love to these feelings in your heart,
Whatever they are,
You are accomplishing a lot of work.
Honor yourself for all the work you are doing,
The time you are taking here for yourself.
This is a service you are doing to yourself and to others by healing your heart,
Healing the feelings in your heart with your own love.
So simple,
And yet real work.
This work is real.
Feel and love.
Feel and love.
Let that love expand outward.
Let the area within your heart expand outward,
Encompassing more and more feeling within and around your heart,
Bringing more and more of your love to fill in those feelings.
Applying your love to your feelings within your heart.
Expanding that area of your heart to fill your chest,
To fill your throat,
To fill your belly,
To fill your head,
Your hips,
And your whole body.
Filling your body with this love,
Filling all the feelings of all types within your body,
Applying love to all of those feelings.
This process never really ends.
We are just practicing.
This process never truly ends.

Applying love to all feelings within your body.
Let that love expand outward.
Depending on where you are with your inner consciousness,
Application of your love to your feelings,
You may see everything turn to light,
You may feel everything turn to freedom.
But these are flashes and moments that are a start of a new cycle.
Whenever you reach one of these,
You can stop,
Because there is always more.
Love is always expanding.
That universal power of love is always expanding.
And when you do this consciously,
You accelerate your growth,
Your participation within that field of love,
Within the universe,
Within the evolution of God,
Regenerating yourself with love.
When you're ready,
You can slowly come back,
Taking your time,
Sending gratitude to yourself for doing this,
Opening your eyes when you're ready.
