Tonight we're meditating with Archangel Raphael,

Doing ancestral healing in the physical body,

Physical world.

Following along,

Speaking to your own body out loud,

But for this whole first part of body relaxation,

Taking the tip of your tongue and placing it on the roof of your mouth,

Take three deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

For the rest of this meditation,

There's no need to repeat anything out loud,

That's just for the body relaxation.

Focusing on your crown chakra now,

Imagining light from source,

From God,

Goddess,

From the universe,

From oneness,

Whatever name you use for that universal source of all things,

The one mind.

Letting that light from source flow in through your crown,

Let it flow down through your body and down into the earth.

Imagine like a waterfall or a river of light coming in from above as you focus on your crown chakra at the top of your head.

Allow this river or waterfall of light to be much larger than your body with you in the center of it,

Cleansing,

Healing,

And filling up your whole body and your whole aura with light.

Emptying out into that river,

Any thoughts,

Anything that comes to your mind,

Just place it into that river of light as it flows through you and let it be dissolved down into the earth.

If your intention wanders,

Bring it back to your crown chakra at the top of your head.

Connecting in your own mind now with Archangel Raphael,

The angel of healing,

Is one of the major primary archangels of the tree of life.

Most related to the heart center,

Often associated with the planet of the sun,

Solar energy,

Brightness,

Healing,

Forgiveness.

Connecting with Raphael in your mind,

You can tone out loud three times,

Raphael.

Raphael.

Raphael.

Imagine that energy of Archangel Raphael surrounding you like sunlight permeating into you from all sides,

Filling your subtle bodies,

All the energy systems of your whole being,

Filling the layers of your aura,

Your etheric field and magnetics,

All parts of you,

Both known and unknown to you,

Conscious and subconscious.

Inviting Archangel Raphael to gently,

Lovingly and gracefully infuse your whole energetic system with Archangel Raphael's energy and light.

Spend a minute or two here just receiving this light and energy from Archangel Raphael.

Imagine it coming in as though you were surrounded by sunlight from all sides,

Above and below and all around you.

Millions and millions of rays of sunlight permeating and penetrating every cell of your body,

Every part of your energy system.

Imagining this as best you're able to,

Inviting Archangel Raphael to do this for you and with you.

And imagine yourself beginning to gather your awareness.

As you gather your awareness,

Begin to drop down to a sphere of energy around your feet,

Bringing your awareness into the sphere known as Malkuth in the Tree of Life,

Which relates to the physical world,

The world of the elements,

The world of nature and Mother Gaia,

The physical body,

The home,

Everything to do with physical life.

This is the sphere through which we touch and connect with the earth and much,

Much more.

Bring your awareness down,

Down,

Down into the feet,

Into a sphere of energy just below and between the feet.

The sphere of energy is quite large and includes the feet as well.

You're going to dive all the way into the center point of this sphere of Malkuth with the help of Archangel Raphael.

Raphael and all of your guides,

Angels and all the beings of light assisting you help you now journey into Malkuth.

Often you may see a color here like a deep olive green.

You may see other colors as well.

That would be most common.

Continuing to float down into this sphere of Malkuth,

Coming into Malkuth with Archangel Raphael and all of your guides.

Here in Malkuth are vast worlds upon worlds of information and energy and beings,

Angels,

Elementals.

We are going to focus on healing ancestral energies.

Ask Archangel Raphael to take you to a special place within Malkuth that for you represents and is most connected with your ancestors.

This place could look like anything.

You may see it as a symbolic landscape,

Either indoors or outdoors.

Allow Raphael and your guides to take you into the special temple of your ancestors.

Here inside the sphere of Malkuth.

Ask them to take you to this special place,

The symbolic,

Energetic temple of your ancestors in the sphere of Malkuth.

And see,

Feel,

Sense and imagine whatever is present in this temple of your ancestors.

Take some time here getting accustomed to the space.

Is it indoors or outdoors?

What does it look,

Sound or feel like to be in this sacred space?

In the physical DNA?

In this temple of your ancestors?

As you go deeper into the temple,

Somewhere in the center of the temple there is an altar.

There are many sacred items on this altar,

Not the least of which is a vast and ancient book with all the names,

Histories and records.

Of your ancestors and the notable things that they did.

How and where they lived.

How they met each other.

How they came together and had children.

And on and on through eons of time.

Until you and your family that you know came to be.

Go to this book with great reverence and open it if it is not already open.

Raphael comes and stands on the other side of the altar opposite you.

And councils and councils of angels,

Ascended masters and spirit guides gather around this altar with you.

Each of them placed their hands on the altar.

So there are perhaps dozens or hundreds or maybe even thousands of hands of different beings of light assisting you,

Holding space for you and helping you to heal.

As you turn the pages of this book,

That healing energy begins to flow into the book,

Into you and into your ancestors.

As you turn the pages,

You may feel many different things.

As you feel the lives of all these countless beings who are your ancestors.

Run your hands over the pages and feel the different experiences of their lives.

The good,

The bad and the ugly.

The whole time sending light with Archangel Raphael into those pages and into your ancestors.

Their experiences have become your DNA.

Their hopes,

Aspirations,

Dreams,

Successes,

Fears and failures.

You have inherited these things.

Sending light with all these beings of light into this book and into all of your ancestors.

Let Archangel Raphael begin to turn the pages for you now.

And watch as enormous light is brought down through Raphael's hands directly onto those pages.

Feel that light and power radiate down like a laser from the heavens directly down onto the pages of the book.

Feeling that blast of light continue to flow down like a ray of sunlight so bright you can hardly look at it.

Let it engulf the pages of the book so that you feel like you are turning pages made of pure light.

Perhaps some of these are very difficult lives of ancestors.

Perhaps ancestors who had extreme challenges,

Pain,

Loss or suffering.

Ancestors whose lives were disrupted by wars,

Famines,

Plagues,

Political unrest.

Ancestors who simply had challenging times in their family,

Addiction,

Family issues,

Feuds,

Battles.

Ancestors who perhaps experienced being killed untimely deaths or murders.

Ancestors who perhaps were raped.

Ancestors where there was incest,

Abuse,

Fear.

Raphael continues to blast that light from the heavens like brilliant sunlight onto these pages of your family's history.

Blasting it through your ancestry to clear any times perhaps when curses or evil magic was done on your family or by someone in your family.

Here in this temple of your ancestors with the sacred book and all these countless beings.

Ask Archangel Raphael to also help cleanse and heal patterns that have haunted your family line for a long time.

Whatever those patterns are,

Pain,

Addiction,

Abuse,

Finding any places in the genetic code of you and or your ancestors that need to be updated for greater health and wellbeing.
