Placing it on the roof of your mouth,
Taking three deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Send the signal to the brain.
It's time to go inside and meditate.
Imagine now light from source,
From God,
Goddess,
However you understand the source of creation and light to come in from above you in your mind's eye.
Imagine like a waterfall or a river of light washing down through you and flowing down into the earth.
Focusing on your crown chakra as you imagine this waterfall of light flowing in through you,
Washing away any thoughts,
Attachments,
Any energies that are not your own.
Anything that belongs to somebody else or to another time and place,
Just let all that go and let it dissolve into this river of light,
Be drawn down into the earth.
The earth can recycle that back to pure energy and pure light as it does automatically.
Spend a few moments here,
Just receiving this light and letting it cleanse,
Heal and open you.
Light wash away,
Cleanse and heal,
Resetting your mind and brain,
Resetting your body and energy.
Bringing you back into your center,
Into your body,
But free and clear.
Let any tension or stress melt away into that river of light as the light gets bigger and bigger until it becomes like a huge waterfall about 50 feet around you in every direction.
Spend another few moments,
Allowing the light to grow into this huge column or waterfall around you.
Imagining now this being known as Archangel Metatron joining you and standing about a foot in front of you,
Maybe a few feet in front of you,
Connecting directly heart to heart with this being known as Archangel Metatron.
This being is many,
Many things.
He's one of the guides and guardians of the top,
The crown,
The highest sphere on the tree of life,
Kether.
Imagine Archangel Metatron standing in front of you now.
You don't have to have any prior experience connecting with an Archangel or specifically this Archangel.
Just calling to them in your mind is enough.
Imagining and inviting this connection with Metatron.
Could imagine yourself joining hands with this being.
If the form that you visualize in front of you has hands,
Link hands together with Archangel Metatron,
If that's the case.
Imagine perhaps a ray of light going between your heart and Archangel Metatron's heart.
And perhaps between all of your other chakras as well.
From your root to your crown.
Sometimes Metatron has the feeling of being far away as his or her energy represents that highest station on the tree of life.
