Taking a moment to feel each part of your body and breathe as you tell it to relax.

Taking the tip of your tongue,

Placing it on the roof of your mouth,

Taking three deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Send the signal to the brain.

It's time to go inside and meditate.

Imagine now light from source,

From God,

Goddess,

However you understand the source of creation and light to come in from above you in your mind's eye.

Imagine like a waterfall or a river of light washing down through you and flowing down into the earth.

Focusing on your crown chakra as you imagine this waterfall of light flowing in through you,

Washing away any thoughts,

Attachments,

Any energies that are not your own.

Anything that belongs to somebody else or to another time and place,

Just let all that go and let it dissolve into this river of light,

Be drawn down into the earth.

The earth can recycle that back to pure energy and pure light as it does automatically.

Spend a few moments here,

Just receiving this light and letting it cleanse,

Heal and open you.

Light wash away,

Cleanse and heal,

Resetting your mind and brain,

Resetting your body and energy.

Bringing you back into your center,

Into your body,

But free and clear.

Let any tension or stress melt away into that river of light as the light gets bigger and bigger until it becomes like a huge waterfall about 50 feet around you in every direction.

Spend another few moments,

Allowing the light to grow into this huge column or waterfall around you.

Imagining now this being known as Archangel Metatron joining you and standing about a foot in front of you,

Maybe a few feet in front of you,

Connecting directly heart to heart with this being known as Archangel Metatron.

This being is many,

Many things.

He's one of the guides and guardians of the top,

The crown,

The highest sphere on the tree of life,

Kether.

Imagine Archangel Metatron standing in front of you now.

You don't have to have any prior experience connecting with an Archangel or specifically this Archangel.

Just calling to them in your mind is enough.

Imagining and inviting this connection with Metatron.

Could imagine yourself joining hands with this being.

If the form that you visualize in front of you has hands,

Link hands together with Archangel Metatron,

If that's the case.

Imagine perhaps a ray of light going between your heart and Archangel Metatron's heart.

And perhaps between all of your other chakras as well.

From your root to your crown.

Sometimes Metatron has the feeling of being far away as his or her energy represents that highest station on the tree of life.

Connecting with this energy of Archangel Metatron now.

And inviting it to come close.

As close as is needed and helpful for this meditation.

Forming a clear and strong connection through your intent and your focus.

Allow Archangel Metatron to begin to pull out of you anything that is not yours and needs to be released.

Separating out from your energy structure anything that does not belong to you.

Anything that you have outgrown.

Connecting with Archangel Metatron.

Begin to create a circuit of force and energy as this Archangelic light begins to flow into your body.

Awakening,

Clarity,

Purpose.

Passion.

Awareness.

Destiny.

All these are keynote energies of Archangel Metatron.

Awareness of responsibility for the living out of our own destiny.

Whatever that is for each one of us.

As you connect in this way deeper and deeper with Archangel Metatron.

The sphere relates to the root chakra and the sacral or hara chakra.

These first two chakras together in the groin and genitals area.

Asking Metatron now to bring you into this sphere of your soul which translates to essentially foundation.

The foundation of life.

Asking Archangel Metatron to center your consciousness now and bring you on a journey into the sphere of foundation.

The sphere of your soul in your own tree of life.

Metatron takes you into this sphere now.

As you enter into the sphere of your soul there are many layers,

Colors and energies present here.

Each sphere is an entire world unto itself.

A whole universe of information and archetype.

Metatron is here to help you find out certain things about yourself.

About what sits in your foundation.

There is a huge reservoir here of the past.

Of the subconscious mind.

And also huge power of creation and manifestation.

Everything that is created in the physical world is first created in Yesod.

Well it's created long before Yesod but it must happen in Yesod before it manifests physically.

And Yesod is the sphere where the creations are corrected and refined before they are projected into the physical dimension.

This sphere relates to concepts like the web of life,

Etheric energy,

Electricity,

Magnetic energy,

Etc.

Before a muscle moves in your body there is an electrical impulse that sends a signal for it to move.

Yesod is related to that electrical impulse.

And the physical world is like that muscle contracting and moving.

Everything in Yesod conditions the creations that will happen in your life.

And colors them both with blueprint but also with the things of the past.

And as Archangel Metatron brings you here into your foundation,

Into your Yesod.
