Let them be carried away in this river of light down into the earth.

Keeping your awareness focused on your crown chakra and letting that light wash through you.

Let it grow larger and larger around you until this waterfall of light stretches perhaps 50 feet around you in every direction.

Cleansing your whole body,

And mind with this light.

Anytime your attention wanders,

Just bring it back to imagining this huge waterfall of brilliant light completely surrounding you,

Coming in through the top of your head and flowing down through your whole body,

Through your whole energetic field,
