It's time to sleep.

Relax.

Relax.

Get comfortable.

Adjust your body to make it even more comfortable.

Right now,

It's just you in the present moment.

It's just you in the breath.

On this journey of sleep,

Just try your best to focus your awareness on the breath and the surrounding sounds.

Feel the breath coming in and out of the nostrils.

Let the breath flow naturally like the winds passing through the trees.

Right now,

There's no need to use the mind to think.

Right now,

You are in a far away place,

In a peaceful place.

Right now,

It's the time to sleep.

With every breath,

Relax the mind.

With every breath,

Let go of unnecessary thoughts inside.

Thoughts about work,

Thoughts about people,

Thoughts about problems.

Every time you breathe out,

Let go more and more of the thoughts that are inside.

With every breath,

Realize that you are the mind.

Just observing the breath coming in and out.

Realize that you are in a far away place now,

Away from work,

Away from people,

So just relax.

Just focus on the breath and the sounds that are happening in the present moment.

Just relax and enjoy this peaceful moment.

A good sleep will make you more productive the next day.

The day is ending.

The day is getting darker and darker.

With every breath,

The mind is becoming more and more relaxed.

The mind is becoming clearer,

Ready to do nothing but sleep.

Love yourself by relaxing the mind.

With every breath,

Let go more and more.

Letting everything be.

Letting your fears melt away.

Letting your desires melt away.

Let everything be.

This is how you love yourself,

By letting everything go,

So that you may rest peacefully in this moment of the day finishing.

The day is ending.

The day is ending.

Be aware of the breath coming in,

Going out.

Become one with the breath.

Feel the sensations of the air coming in and out of the nostrils.

Feel and listen to the heart beating.

The day is finishing.

Smile because you did well today.

Smile because you did well today.

Be happy.

No matter what we do,

Who we are,

We are worthy to be loved.

Sleep with this truth.

Become one with the breath.

Become the breath coming in.

Going out.

With every breath,

Feel the weight of your body sinking deeper and deeper.

Now imagine the room changing.

In front of you is a beautiful sea,

Surrounded by magnificent mountains.

The more you look at this beautiful scenery,

The more you're becoming relaxed.

As relaxed as the sea,

As calm and gentle,

As spacious.

Become one with the breath coming in and going out,

Like the waves in the ocean rising and falling.

With every breath,

You are becoming more relaxed.

You're falling deeper and deeper into sleep.

Feel the weight of your body sinking deeper and deeper.

Let the weight of the head effortlessly fall down.

Relax the inside of your head.

Let all the precious in the head disappear.

Let it go.

Let it go.

Let the feeling of relaxation spread throughout the face.

Relaxing the temples.

Relaxing the eyes.

Relaxing the nose.

Relaxing the breathing.

Relaxing the jaw muscles.

Feel the weight of gravity pushing down and massaging the face.

Now let the back of the neck drop down naturally.

Let the breath flow naturally.

It's time to relax the body.

With every breath,

Feel the chest expand naturally.

And feel it becoming more relaxed each time the air goes out.

Now relax the stomach.

Feel the stomach expand naturally.

And feel it becoming more relaxed each time the air goes out.

Now relax both shoulders.

Let it rest peacefully.

Feel the weight of the gravity making it heavier and heavier.

With every breath,

Feel the upper arms becoming heavier and heavier.

Feel the lower arms becoming heavier and heavier.

Feel the hands sinking deeper and deeper.

Let the hands relax from the rest to the fingertips.

Feel the spine relaxing.

Let the relaxation flow from the lower back to the top of the neck.

With every breath,

Feel the back sinking deeper and deeper.

It's time to relax the lower body.

Feel the weight of the buttocks dropping down.

Feel the weight of gravity pulling the thighs down.

Feel the weight of gravity pulling the knees down.

Feel the tired knees becoming more and more relaxed.

Feel all the tensions in the legs disappearing,

Washed away.

Now let the toes relax.

Let the toes fall asleep.

The day is ending.

Bring your awareness to the eyes.

Feel for any tensions around the eyes and relax.

Let the eyes drop.

It's time to sleep.

Feel the whole body becoming heavier and heavier.

Feel the weight of the head.

Feel the weight of the neck.

Feel the weight of the body.

Feel the weight of the legs.

Feel the body sinking,

Disappearing.

With every breath,

Feel the whole body disappearing.

Melting away,

Drifting away.

Until all that is left is just you,

The consciousness,

Floating in infinite space,

Surrounded by millions of stars.

Feel yourself drifting away,

Drifting away,

Drifting away into infinite space.

You are melting away and becoming one with the universe.

You are falling deeper and deeper into sleep.

The universe covers you.

You are safe and protected.

So let everything go and fall into sleep with the stars.

🍀🍀🍀 Great and lovely. Never get to hear the end.. or reach the middle🍀🍀 All Jonny John’s meditations are a jewel. I discovered them exactly during the time my husband was tested for COVID. Going through horrible time of fear, caring for him and our little boy. (Husband came negative, but the time of waiting and living with the idea of the disease was horrible).
