Guided Practice - Let Go And Create True Happiness
These days, many of us have developed the habit of over-thinking and over-reacting. It is easy these days for the mind to overpower and overwhelm us, making us dwell in worries, fears, and unhappy thoughts. This guided practice will help you let go, to realize that there is no point into holding things as it will only create stress and misery from within.

Now please find a comfortable place to sit.
And when you are ready,
Close your eyes.
This will be a guided meditation for 13 minutes.
Keep your eyes closed throughout the guided meditation.
Relax the shoulders and breathe through the nose.
And if you cannot,
Breathe through the mouth.
Let us just be aware of the breath for the next minute.
Be aware of the breath as it is.
Letting the breath happen naturally.
If the breath wishes to be fast,
Let it be fast.
If the breath wants to be slow,
Let it be slow.
No matter what happens,
Do not try to control the breath.
Do not try to control the truth of what the breath wishes to be.
Remember,
To be aware of the breath means to simply be aware of any physical sensations happening inside and around the nose.
Just being aware of the breath allows us to get into the state of meditation,
Of simple observation of the truth of the present moment.
So just observe the breath for the next minute.
And if you cannot,
Breathe through the mouth.
Keep your awareness on the breath.
From time to time,
You may experience wandering thoughts.
Just keep pulling yourself back to the breath,
Observing the breath.
Keep on focusing your awareness on the breath.
Simply observe the breath coming in and out.
This is meditation.
The more you simply observe the breath,
The more you are letting go of your unhappiness,
Of your stress.
Every moment when we are one with the breath,
We are in a state of peace and happiness.
So just observe the breath.
Keep on being aware.
Be aware of the breath coming in,
Coming out.
Just be aware.
Be aware even of the moments in between the breaths,
The silence in between the breaths.
Be aware of every moment by observing every moment of the breath.
As well as at every moment from the breath.
Wondering thoughts will come from time to time,
But instead of dwelling on the thoughts,
Let the thoughts go.
When we do this,
We are letting go of the stress in the body.
When we do this,
We are letting go of the stress in the mind.
There's no need to think of anything else.
Simply observe the breath.
There's no need to think in the practice.
The only thing we need to do is to simply be aware of the breath,
Just observing the breath rather than thinking.
When we do this,
We are letting go of what is making us unhappy.
Keep on being aware of the breath.
Keep on being aware of the breath.
This is how you let go of unhappiness.
This is how you create happiness within.
Can you not experience a sense of peace and calm when you are one with the breath?
In those moments,
You are in the present moment.
It is a happy moment,
A peaceful moment.
It is a peaceful moment.
With every breath,
Absorb the following wisdom.
Every time when we choose to observe the breath,
We are choosing to not dwell in inner thoughts and negativity.
This is the act of letting go.
This is the practice of letting go,
To choose peace and happiness over chaos and unhappiness.
Right now,
You are transforming the mind.
So keep on observing the breath.
Keep on being aware of the breath.
With every breath,
Absorb the following wisdom.
The mind and body is connected.
For instance,
When we are angry,
The body will tense up.
When we are excited,
The heart rate will rise.
So it's true,
The mind and body is connected.
Our emotions and thoughts do affect the state of our body.
So let go of the wandering thoughts now.
And as hell,
You let go of the stress on the body.
So let go of the stress on the body.
The mind and body is connected.
When we think too much,
The body will become stressed.
When we react too much,
The body will become stressed.
So every time you let go of a thought,
Every time you let go of an emotion,
A reaction,
By simply observing the breath.
You are in the act of letting go.
Letting go of all the stress and tensions on the body.
You are in the act of loving yourself.
So just observe the breath.
Let go of the stress on the body.
Keep on pulling yourself back to the awareness of the breath.
You may experience pains or wandering thoughts.
This is natural.
Just keep on pulling yourself back to the breath with a calm mind.
Let go of the stress on the body.
With every breath,
Absorb the following wisdom.
The act of letting go is a process.
So do not be stressed if you cannot let go immediately.
Some thoughts are hard to let go.
For instance,
Our attachments,
Our fears,
Our desires.
Let them go.
Let them go.
Keep on observing the breath.
That is the practice of letting go.
Keep on observing the breath.
Now you are transforming your habit of always dwelling in your thoughts.
You are transforming your mind.
Developing the healthy habit of letting go.
You are in this very moment transforming your mind.
That is the practice of letting go.
Every time when we are simply observing the breath,
We are letting go.
Every time when we choose to observe the breath,
Rather than to dwell in thoughts,
We are transforming our habit patterns of overthinking,
Overreacting,
Over-stressing ourselves.
So just observe the breath.
That is the practice of letting go.
Let's go deeper into letting go,
By letting go of the wandering thoughts inside,
By simply observing the breath.
Thoughts about people.
Let it go.
Thoughts about work.
Let it go.
Thoughts about problems.
Let it go by coming back to the breath.
Thoughts about the past.
Let it go.
Thoughts about the future.
Let it go.
Thoughts about musical games.
Let it go by coming back to the breath.
Just be present,
Simply observing the breath.
That's how you let go.
Let it go.
Thoughts about the future.
Let it go.
Remember,
Letting go is a process.
When we begin to let go,
We may experience more tension.
This is natural.
The more we develop stillness,
The more we will uncover the unstillness,
The wandering thoughts within,
Which are preventing us from letting go of the stress and unhappiness inside.
Let these thoughts go by simply observing the breath.
That's how we develop stillness.
Deeper and deeper.
Deeper stillness.
Deeper letting go.
You'll create greater happiness and peace within.
Let God not let us its With every breath,
Absorb the following wisdom.
Life is too long to be stressful,
To be unhappy.
So let everything go.
Letting go of the wandering thoughts and reactions.
Simply let them go.
Can you not experience the truth that in a state of mind without wandering thoughts,
Is a state of inner peace and happiness?
True happiness is created within,
Without outside stimulus.
We are creating true happiness at this very moment.
Letting go of the wandering thoughts and reactions.
Wandering thoughts create stress in the mind.
So why dwell in them?
Let them go.
There's no need to hold on to misery.
Let it go.
By simply observing the breath,
We are letting go.
We're making the choice to not dwell in misery,
But to create greater happiness in our lives.
Letting go of the wandering thoughts and reactions.
With every breath,
Absorb the following wisdom.
Wandering thoughts are caused by our fears,
Our negativities and attachments.
The more we let them go,
The more we are actually becoming our truer selves,
Master of our own minds,
Not bounded and affected by our fears or desires.
Master of our minds.
Letting go allows us to naturally become more loving,
More wise,
More happy.
Well done.

Hard to keep wandering thoughts away Lol! But it does reveal the essence of inner fear. At a point i was so dizzy, i felt like i was in a mixer. I tried to breathe my way through it. And it did help me set back for a while. I will come back to this one Thank you
