Welcome to this cloud meditation.

My name is Spencer Jones,

The Prince of Positivity,

And I'm really excited to have you here joining me in this meditation.

I absolutely love this one and do this one anytime that I want to release any emotions or feelings that I have,

And just to feel like a kid again at times.

I really hope you enjoy this beautiful and fun meditation.

So first,

Find a comfortable position for you,

Whatever that is.

For me,

In this meditation,

I prefer laying on my back.

But,

You don't have to.

You could stand,

You could be seated,

Heck,

You could even be walking if you like.

If you're walking,

Don't close your eyes,

Or if you're driving or anything like that.

But if you can,

Close your eyes safely,

Then I invite you to close your eyes as you get into that comfortable position.

Allow your body to relax.

Let your arms rest where they are comfortable.

And start to breathe in through your nose and out through your nose,

Preferably but mouth if you need.

Just allow your body to relax.

Bring your mind's focus to your breath,

To your inhale and your exhale.

Try to allow the thoughts and worries of today to just float away and disappear as you focus on your breath.

I invite you to imagine,

To envision yourself lying on your back in a beautiful grassy field.

Now thankfully,

There's no allergens here,

There's no stuffy nose or anything like that.

But you are laying on this beautiful grassy knoll,

And you're looking up to this beautiful sky.

The sun is shining,

It's warm,

It's beautiful,

And there are these white,

Puffy,

Just cute clouds floating over.

Put yourself there.

Breathe in that fresh air.

Allow yourself to be taken away to when you were a kid and you were sitting on that grass or laying on that grass looking up at the beautiful sky and those clouds passing over.

Now as you look at those clouds,

You see shapes and different sizes and different looks about them.

But instead of shapes of animals or people or creatures or things,

Your clouds have feelings.

They carry feelings,

Emotions,

Thoughts,

Worries,

And concerns.

But the beautiful thing is they are above you.

And as you look at them,

You can see them pass over you.

Feelings of anger,

Anxiety,

And sadness.

If you want and if you choose,

You can focus on a specific one,

On a specific cloud,

And even explore it a little bit.

To explore that anger,

That sadness,

Or the joy.

What's causing it?

How is it affecting you?

Can you learn from it?

But these are clouds and they just keep moving on.

And you come back and you're back at the ground just looking up at them.

And I invite you to place any worries,

Any concerns,

Fears,

Anxieties that you have on those clouds.

You give it to the cloud and let the cloud take it away.

Releasing you of its icy grip on you.

It takes it away and the sun shines on you.

You feel the warmth on your skin.

That warmth penetrates not only your skin but your soul and gives you energy,

Gives you life.

You are alive.

You are amazing.

You are incredible because you are here today.

You are amazing.

Worthy and enough.

Just the way you are.

The sun is giving you life.

The earth beneath you is giving you energy.

The universe is conspiring for you.

Not against,

But for you.

Share your light.

The sun is giving you and energizing you and that beautiful light inside you.

Once you are filled,

Share your light with others.

Let those clouds pass on by.

Give your worries,

Griefs,

Anything that weighs you down,

Offer it to the cloud and let them take it away.

You are too amazing to let it hold you down.

Return back to feeling the earth on you.

To feeling the sun shining down on you,

Filling you with love and light and energy.

And then come back to your breath.

Breathing in and out through your nose.

Feeling calm.

Hopefully feeling lighter,

Happier,

More filled with joy and peace.

Because you are amazing.

You are incredible.

You are enough.

Just the way you are.

Let's finish our meditation with an OM.

Let this OM just resonate love inside of you.

Let's breathe in an OM together.

Here we go.

OM OM Take a breath in.

Feel that energy flow through your body as you wiggle your toes and fingers.

And whenever you are ready,

Open your eyes and join us again.

As I mentioned in the meditation,

You are amazing.

You are worthy and you are enough.

Just the way you are.

I hope you never forget that.

Never doubt that.

Because I see your light and I feel your light.

Keep shining.

So go shine your light and make this world a better place.
