Welcome to a Jones and Foor breathwork and meditation.
I'm so happy and thankful to have you here today.
In today's breathwork and meditation,
We are going to focus on positivity and gratefulness.
So let's begin.
Find a position that's comfortable for you,
Whether that's seated or laying down.
It's all good.
Once you are in your position,
Start to breathe.
Breathing in through the nose and out through your nose or mouth,
Whatever you prefer.
Focus on getting a nice low breath,
Letting the air fill up the bottom part of your lungs and your abdomen,
And then up to your chest,
And then you can release it.
Good job.
It's time to breathe in and hold.
Breathe in.
Hold it.
Keep holding.
Keep holding.
Now exhale.
And hold.
Keep holding.
Now breathe in.
Hold.
Stay holding.
Try to feel and think of your heartbeat.
Slow it down.
Hold.
Hold.
Hold.
Now exhale.
And hold.
Hold.
Hold.
Do this one more time.
Breathe in.
Nice big low breath and hold.
Good job.
Slow down your heart rate.
Slow down your mind.
Come live in the moment.
Now exhale.
And then hold.
Keep holding.
Relax.
Now you may inhale again.
Good job.
Continue to breathe in a normal fashion,
Whatever's comfortable for you,
But a nice slow deep breath.
As you breathe in and you exhale,
Concentrate on the sensation of breathing.
What does it feel like?
How does it feel in your nose as the air comes in?
How does it feel as your chest and stomach fill up with air?
What about when you exhale?
What's the sensation and sensations of the air leaving your body?
Keep breathing in and out,
Concentrating on your breath and the sensations.
Other thoughts will come to your mind and that's okay.
Acknowledge that they're there,
But then dismiss them.
Come back to your breath.
Good.
Now I want you to think of a happy place,
A happy memory that you have,
A moment in time that you cherish and recreate it.
Recreate that moment in your mind in as much detail as you possibly can.
With each breath in,
Making it that much more real.
You're breathing in the building blocks of this moment in time.
With the exhale,
You're putting those building blocks in place,
Creating,
Recreating this incredible memory.
Making it as detailed as you can.
Can you see the details?
Can you hear it?
Can you feel it?
Can you smell it?
Keep building it.
Keep adding details for another breath or two.
Now,
In that moment of time,
In your recreation,
There's a ball of light in the distance.
It doesn't cause any alarm.
There's no fear.
There's no anger or negativity with it.
Instead,
It almost seems comforting.
This ball of light is moving closer to you.
It's getting closer and closer.
As it comes by,
You feel more at peace.
You're not concerned.
You are relaxed.
The ball of light and energy stops about three feet in front of you.
It wants to offer you something.
It wants to offer you peace,
Happiness,
Positivity,
Gratitude.
It wants to help you get rid of any negativity,
Any false beliefs,
Anything that's holding you down,
Any anchors you have.
You breathe in through your nose a nice deep breath,
Breathing in the positivity,
The energy,
The gratitude.
You hold it inside and then you exhale.
You're exhaling any doubt,
Any fears you have,
Any stress you have,
You exhale.
The ball of light and energy takes it away from you.
You breathe in,
Breathing in the positivity.
As you breathe in,
Say one or two words of what you want it to be,
The positivity,
Gratitude.
Be specific and breathe it in,
Hold it in.
Then as you exhale,
Quietly,
Mentally say one or two of those things you're trying to rid yourself of.
Negativity,
False beliefs,
Negative beliefs,
Whatever.
Repeat this process.
Every breath in,
You feel more positive.
You have more energy.
You feel calmer while being energized and at peace and at home.
As you exhale,
You feel lighter letting go of those anchors.
You continue to breathe and the light keeps giving you more,
Filling you up,
Filling your body with the positivity and amazingness of life.
When you exhale,
Anything that's holding you back,
Making you lighter yet.
One more breath.
The ball of energy and light goes back to where it once came and your focus comes back to your surroundings,
To that creation,
That moment in time that you recreated,
Enjoying it for one last breath.
Bring your attention back to your breath,
The sensation of it coming into your body and leaving your body.
Excellent.
Start to wiggle your toes and your fingers.
Come back to life.
Come back to the present day,
The present moment,
Keeping and holding onto that positivity and gratefulness.
Open your eyes when you are ready and be at peace.
