Welcome to a Jones and Fore breathwork and meditation.
Today,
We are just going to do a quick five minute positivity meditation.
So let's dive right in.
Find a position that is comfortable for you,
Whether that's sitting or laying down.
And when you are there,
Close your eyes and start to breathe.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your nose and mouth.
Let your lungs completely fill up with air with every inhale.
All the way down to your belly button,
Up to your chest and clavicles.
And then exhaling,
Letting it all go.
Keep your focus on your breath as you continue to breathe.
Knowing that other thoughts might try to interfere,
Might try to take your mind elsewhere.
Know that that's okay.
Acknowledge them,
But then dismiss them and bring your focus back to your breath.
Excellent.
Now,
Take your mind off of the breath and into the world of positivity.
Knowing that there are so many things in your day and in your life to be grateful for.
You have so many amazing blessings and things in your life that are helping you,
Cheering you on,
And are people and things who are in your corner,
Ready for you to succeed.
With every inhale,
Feel that positive energy being brought into your body.
And then as you exhale,
Exhale the doubt,
The fear,
The worry.
And then when you breathe in,
Continue to breathe in that positive energy,
The love,
The care,
The peace,
The confidence,
The worthiness.
Filling you up with amazing tenderness and care and love.
You're making more room for that love and wonderful positivity,
Because as you exhale,
You can shed the negativity,
Allowing more room,
More space to be filled up with positivity.
Take a couple moments just to breathe.
Nice,
Deep breaths,
Filling your body with air and love and gratitude.
You can almost feel a blanket of love and care and warmth being lifted over you and holding you close.
Take one last deep breath in.
Wiggle your toes and fingers and open your eyes.
Remember,
You are amazing.
You are incredible.
And I'm so thankful to be part of your journey and that you allow me to be part of it.
Thank you for being here today and please let me know what you thought of this five minute meditation.
Thank you so much and have an amazing day.
