Welcome.
As you will act deeply,
The many processes and techniques will reprogram your mind to create change deep down so you release and let go as well as begin to automatically start letting go of many things in your future so you continue a path of releasing and letting go.
Close your eyes if you haven't already.
Take a deep breath in and hold for a moment.
Just for a moment longer,
Let go.
In and hold for a moment.
Just for a moment longer,
Let go.
Release and relax.
Notice the feelings of relaxation growing as you're relaxing your body.
Let go of the eternal dialogue that no longer supports you simply by first moving the sound off into the distance.
As you imagine the pitch of the voice grinding so it gets higher and higher as it drifts off.
And as you do,
You think and feel differently about it.
And feel good as you do now.
In the future,
As you do more and more,
You can begin to see more of the opportunities that are clearer and spring to mind making you feel so good.
Now,
When a feeling that holds you back and takes you by surprise,
Instead you notice that you start to notice the location of the feeling and the speed it belongs to.
Now,
Fast imagine what colour the feeling is so as you deliberately imagine the opposite colour and start in the opposite location spinning backwards faster and faster.
The feelings like you are thinking about the situation or moment in time that you want to let go of while spinning and feeling the opposite way.
Now,
The more you and your unconscious now and as you sleep and dream tonight,
Notice and imagine deliberately taking control of your thinking and reprogramming your mind,
Habits,
Beliefs and behaviours to become a better version of you.
And those thoughts that are negative thoughts that don't support you vaporise in a brilliant white flash.
Gone.
Followed by a thought of something you want more of and the images of you doing more of the things you love,
Enjoying yourself more and focusing on what's important.
Because the more you vaporise bad thoughts bright white,
Let the internal dialogue quieten and drift off.
The notice that held you back,
The freer you become to move forward now.
So as you take control in your life,
More and more of the changes to the structure of your thinking you make changes the way you feel about what you can do.
Creating new behaviours and beliefs about you and swishing a clear mental image that supports you and gives you more of what you want and is good for you.
Now,
Notice the good feelings.
Remember another good feeling over the level.
You feel good and consciously create your future visions and the more you see yourself doing things that are going to get you more of the things that you want,
The more you do those things and you get to enjoy more time with the people that you want,
The more you focus on them as well as the places that you want to do the activities that you love doing and the things you love with the people you love surrounded by things you want and enjoy doing something that makes a difference to you and others in positive ways.
You can imagine as you drift deeper now,
The next time you go deep into this experience,
Changes you make a change to some of the things in your life in the future,
Thinking about the things you want,
You think about the people also,
The places you like being,
Where you like spending time with the people you love using and enjoying the things around you are enjoying more and can spread the good feelings,
Letting go of what held you back more and more and noticing yourself stopping and doing something that you can let go of and release the thought as it came to your mind that held you back and getting your mind back on track of what you do want,
Then the more you are focusing your mind on what you want now,
When you think about a situation that held you back you can take a new view of it,
Something that is in the past and off in the distance and the further it is the better you feel,
More resourceful in situations in the future because you do now and in the future imagine that old situation as something from the point of view far off,
Imagine and allow your unconscious mind to see from a position of being high,
Up,
Above the old memory that you can now allow your unconscious to see as a smaller and smaller event,
Fuzzy and blurry,
The colour gone,
Now the old situation small,
Off,
In the distance,
Blurry and fuzzy,
Black and white,
Smaller and smaller off,
Into the distance,
Just a dot,
Letting go and giving less energy to that event that you used to have control over you are able to grow in a new and more resourceful and positive way now,
After letting go of that old feeling and allowing your unconscious now and as you sleep and dream tonight to let go of other things that held you back and things that are limiting you become less important as you start more and more to notice that you are focusing more and more on what you do want to have and who you want to spend your time with in the places that you enjoy doing more of the things that you love to spend your time doing,
In a moment when you deepen the learning and set a pattern for continued learning and progress now and in the future you do so and wake up relaxed and refreshed and excited about how you feel and the possibilities for the future and about how more and more things that held you back for too long have gone and are going now as you wake fully back to waking consciousness as I count back from 5 to 1,
