
Gentle Shadow Work With The Moon
After grounding, clearing, and shielding energy, this meditation guides your awareness toward something in your life that is bringing you discomfort. Discovering the deep-seated emotion in this will unveil an element of your shadow. Shining light on your shadow is the first step to integrating it so we can avoid self-sabotage. Through the traditional Hawaiian prayer of reconciliation and forgiveness, ho'oponopono, we will use compassion to bring our shadow back into balance. Allow the cycle of the moon to bring light to your shadow and integrate it. Practice this meditation as much as you need to for one moon cycle.
