Releasing Ancestral Patterns

In this transmission, we release embedded ancestral patterns and remineralize the remembrance of who you really are, your truth, and your destiny. We are joined by the Mantis Collective, Andromedans, and many other beautiful beings who contribute their frequencies.

Welcome my loves,

I am Johanna Burkhart and we are joined today by the Mantis Collective,

Beautiful inner earth beings who are the healers of healers.

In addition we are joined by goddess Amphitrite,

The goddess of water,

By the Andromedans,

By the Arcturians and by any other beings that are specific to you that would like to join you at this time.

This is a very sacred journey where we will be going through a re-mineralization and remembrance of your truth and your destiny.

So find a place where you can get comfortable,

Where you will not be disturbed,

Where you feel safe to completely relax and open yourself up as we take a journey deep deep within you.

Now that you are lying down we're gonna begin with three deep belly conscious breaths.

Allow yourself to be guided.

We're gonna begin by breathing in through the nose,

Filling up the belly,

Filling up the chest and as you breathe out do so through pierced lips nice and slow as if you're breathing out of a straw.

We're going to repeat this two more times.

Breathing in nice and slow,

Filling up those lungs,

Filling up that belly and once again exhaling through pierced lips nice and slow and one last time breathing in through the nose taking a couple of sips at the top and nice and slow through pierced lips letting it all go.

Returning to your natural rhythm of your breath,

Feeling the gentle rise and fall of your chest,

Subtle expansion and contraction of your belly,

Noticing how your breath moves up and down your spine,

Just being very present with your body,

Just allowing for yourself to be here fully.

In your mind's eye I want you to see a beautiful golden light and that golden light begins to move through the Sun,

Through the Moon,

Through all of the inner planets,

Moving into and through Earth's atmosphere and moving gently down to just above your crown.

As your crown begins to open like a wildflower,

Inviting this warm golden light in and feeling that warmth.

This begins to circulate all around,

Quieting the collective mind,

Giving you peace from your mind,

Allowing it to swirl down into your third eye where it brings comfort to your fears of uncertainty as we journey,

Bringing you present fully,

Knowing that your to-do lists,

Worries and chores will be there waiting if and when you choose to pick them up again,

Allowing it to soften your eyes in the back of your head,

Bringing that energy down into your nose and ears,

Just gently opening,

Making space for you to hear,

To truly hear,

To truly see,

To truly sense.

Through this process,

Bringing that warm gentle golden energy into your jaw,

Burning off any tension or stress,

Clearing out any fears hidden in your teeth and jaw,

Allowing this warm golden energy to penetrate deep into your throat,

Illuminating and clearing any wounds of persecution,

Speaking your truth,

Acting in truth to you as we allow it to cascade down both shoulder blades,

Allowing your shoulders to roll back,

Sinking you in,

Allowing your full back to relax,

Vertebrae by vertebrae,

You feel them opening,

Relaxing,

Settling in,

Feeling your arms and hands flush with warm energy,

Tingling as they fully open,

Coming all the way up and back in,

Down the front of your chest,

Bursting with light around your heart space,

As in your mind's eye you stand before the door to your heart,

Just noticing,

Observing what that door looks like.

Is it old or new?

Is there overgrowth,

Weeds or vines blocking your view?

Is it small or large?

What is its texture,

Its temperature?

Let's take it all in.

It is a symbol,

A starting point,

A way to measure your growth through this transmission and when you are ready,

We ask you to open that door and step in.

And as you do,

It's going to look a little different today,

As if you stepped into the center of a very large tree.

It may look a little dark,

A little heavy,

Maybe even damp.

As your eyes attune to the light of darkness,

Activating your owl vision,

If you will,

To see through the dark with your internal light shining through.

You feel and see a stairwell,

And a railing,

Twists and curves cascading down,

Feeling the cold dampness underneath your feet.

You slowly,

One step at a time,

Begin to cascade down into the cavern of your heart.

Slowly,

Breath by breath,

Stepping down gently,

Comfortably,

Confidently.

With each breath,

Feeling more attuned to this energy,

The coolness,

The groundedness,

The connectedness.

Even though it's dark,

Even though it's damp,

You feel,

Step by step,

More at home than you ever have before.

Curving the corner,

Begin to see beautiful turquoise light glowing.

And as you take your final steps down,

Turning that corner completely,

You see a beautiful cavern with a beautiful turquoise water and waterfall,

Fire pits all around with beautiful flames with purple and orange and yellow and red hues,

Even some peaks of blues,

Giving it a soft,

Subtle glow,

So relaxing,

So magical.

You can feel the minerals in the earth almost like magnets holding you,

Securing you,

Anchoring you into this space.

As you are met by the Andromedans and guided over to a very special place with warm,

Loose dirt laid out like a bed for you to lay.

As you are guided to this space,

A beautiful mantis steps out to greet you.

Very large beings,

But they feel so healing,

So gentle,

So loving.

They don't communicate in the traditional ways.

It's all telepathic,

And you just know that what's about to happen is going to change everything.

It's going to awaken something deep inside of your being,

For these beings aren't here to heal you,

To save you,

To fix you.

They are only here to shine the light,

To help you remember what already lives deep within you,

And to help you remember that you are these beings and other realities here to help yourself.

The Andromedans guide you to lie down in this beautiful bed of dirt that is warm,

So warm that it's just relaxing every muscle in your bones and your bodies.

How you just sink so deep into this earth,

You almost feel coddled by it,

Hugged by it.

Your specific team of guides begins to join in,

All in support of you on this journey.

Laying in the earth,

Begin to allow your bones to open,

To release the ancestral patterns and programs that are no longer serving.

Gently feeling it as it is released and returned to the earth.

The earth,

In return,

Remineralizes your bones,

Those minerals holding the codes,

The remembrance of your truth,

The truth of who you really are and what your soul truly desires to do.

As your bones go through the remineral process,

We allow you to be,

To witness the patterns and programs that were buried in your bones,

To exit,

And the seeds of your new direction are planted.

Just be.

Be present with your body,

With the sensations,

With the thoughts,

Feelings,

Visions,

Or knowings that are present at this time.

Observe them.

Allow them room to breathe,

To flow,

To exit,

Or to be received.

Whatever you sense,

Hear,

Or know,

Allow it to flow until the remineralization completes.

As the remineralization process completes,

The Mantis Collective and your specific team of beings collectively touch your third eye point,

Revealing a crystal that has been activated to allow you to see something that you couldn't see before.

Whatever has been eclipsed can now be seen in totality,

Allowing you a deeper insight into the remembrance and awareness of your destiny.

The guides begin touching different points on your human vessel,

Revealing different crystals that contain specific codes and activations to you and your innate gifts to help you to realign and to truly come alive,

And bringing online your crystalline rainbow body.

Notice how you feel as this happens.

Where do you feel the sensations?

What type of sensations are you feeling?

And where do you feel these activations happening?

Just observe.

As they conclude,

The Mantis Collective,

The Andromedans,

The Arcturians,

And your specific team of guides gather all around you,

Forming a circle and beginning to activate their specific ray technology,

Creating a vortex of light and energy.

It feels like a dream,

Like you're moving through time,

You're traveling.

It's almost blinding,

But it is realigning your entire field,

Placing you back into the energy of allowing,

Receiving,

And flowing.

Notice the codes that begin to flow into your being,

Almost lighting up golden as those codes form on your being,

Like golden tattoos that dissipate as you breathe out.

A deep remembrance is happening within you now,

Taking a nice deep breath,

Releasing.

The light begins to dissipate,

And you begin to see colors and crystals in the earth cavern ceiling above you that you were unaware of before.

The guides lifting you up and slowly guiding you into the water.

As you do,

You stand before this beautiful waterfall that is different than anything you have ever seen before.

You can see a reflection perfectly,

Even though the water is flowing so fluidly.

You can see your avatar crystalline body.

You can see the crystals that were activated.

You can see how different you look.

You know you are more than this human suit,

A knowing that you can never deny again,

A knowing that you are magic,

A super powerful soul capable of creating their experience any way they wish.

This is merely a fleeting experience meant to be created by you,

To experience yourself in form,

To break it all down and create again and again simply for the joy of it.

Not to be attached to a specific outcome or plan,

But get back to the energy of creation for the beauty of creating.

As you are guided into the flow of the waterfall,

You are greeted by the goddess Amphitrite,

The water goddess.

She blesses you in her sacred waters,

Gently touching your face,

Looking into your eyes as you look into hers,

Seeing your soul,

Seeing the light within,

The remembrance of how fluid you truly are and how fluid this experience really is.

That remembrance is seeded,

Is piercing so you won't ever forget it,

Washing you clean,

Relaxing your entire being into a state of blissful surrender as she guides you through the flow of the water onto the other side where you see a warm light off into the distance,

A gloaming.

And Amphitrite says it's time to return to your human awareness,

To the human experience.

Your body has been upgraded,

Your energy realigned,

Your nervous system reset.

You have been seeded,

My loves,

With all that is needed to proceed into your destiny.

Your only requirement is to observe and to listen to your internal guidance as if you are listening to a flow of subtle stream deep within the mountains,

Quiet,

Peaceful.

You will start to attune and to hear more clearly your own entire stream of consciousness that is always and forever flowing.

Step by step,

You walk towards that warm glowing light once again,

Coming up upon a staircase where you once began.

You turn around to see all of your extra and interdimensional beings gathered just to say thank you and how grateful you are for their undying support.

You begin to ascend up the staircase once again,

Holding onto the rail,

Breath by breath,

Taking a step nice and slow up the staircase,

Feeling,

Seeing,

Sensing the deep connection to earth,

The deep connection to your guides,

The deep connection to your own internal heart space where this all resides,

Breath by breath,

Continuing to rise up the staircase.

So you are once again greeted by the door.

As you open and step forth and through,

You turn around to see what,

If anything,

Has changed with the door of your heart.

Observe if it looks different,

If it feels different,

And what that represents to you,

What that symbolizes in reference to the journey,

Transformation that you just went through.

Taking a couple of deep conscious belly breaths,

Breathing in through the nose,

Filling up that belly and chest,

And sighing on the exhale,

Allowing the tone and vibration of your voice to allow all that energy to settle,

To attune to the human consciousness in a way that you can easily digest and consume.

Breathing in once again,

Filling up your chest,

Filling up your belly,

And breathing out with an ah once again,

Ah,

Feeling those vibrations of your own tone move through you.

And one last time,

Breathing in through the nose,

And out with an ah,

Feeling the weight of your human vessel once again,

Beginning to rotate your wrists and ankles,

Rotating,

Moving back and forth your crown,

Head,

Allowing you to fully return to the presence.

We ask that over the next 72 hours that you hydrate with lemon water or even some Himalayan or sea salt to assist with the flushing of anything manifested and helping the remineralization to seal in the physical.

To listen to your body and what it is needed,

For it is your temporary home as you enjoy this very human but blissful experience.
