Welcome to the activation meditation for Gene Key 57,
The gift of intuition.
Take a moment,
Get comfortable,
Either lying down or sitting down.
And let's begin by taking some deep breaths in.
Breathing in through the nose,
And out through the mouth.
Just allowing yourself to begin to settle.
Feeling another deep breath in through the nose,
And out through the mouth.
Feeling your neck beginning to relax,
And your head to soften.
Your shoulders begin to sink into your space.
Another deep breath in through your nose,
And out through your mouth.
And you're feeling the muscles in your back beginning to sink in.
Your hips to soften,
And your legs to fall where they may.
As you lie there,
You begin to see your star chakra in your mind's eye,
About 20 feet above your head.
This diamond-shaped,
Glistening,
Beautiful star represents the portal to the divine,
To your higher consciousness,
To your higher energetic bodies.
As you allow that star to begin to open,
You see a beautiful incandescent,
Just shining,
Glittering light begin to fall,
Ascending down towards the crown of your head.
Feeling your crown beginning to open,
Allowing the incandescent,
Higher consciousness energies enter your crown chakra,
Clearing away anything that's been swirling around,
Anything that isn't serving you,
Allowing that beautiful incandescent light to travel down into your mind's eye,
Clearing away any interference,
Activating your projection to widen,
To see life in more dimensions,
To see more vivid color,
More depth,
To see things in a bigger perspective,
Allowing that beautiful energy to flow down into your throat chakra,
Clearing away any pressures that we have placed on ourself,
Allowing us to speak freely from a place of compassion and love,
To really attune the center with our higher voice,
Allowing that energy to flow over our shoulders,
Really lightening our load,
Allowing the bricks that lay on top of him to fall away,
Really allowing our shoulders to begin to soften as we send those beautiful incandescent energies down into our heart chakra,
Really allowing it to turn up our soil,
To dig deep into our hearts and allow what needs to rise up to rise up,
Turning over the soil,
Really cleansing it and allowing any weeds,
Any old seeds that aren't going to be of service,
Any rocks or bricks or boulders to turn up,
To loosen,
To rise to the surface,
Allowing that beautiful incandescent light of yours to run down into your solar plexus,
Really cleansing the ocean of emotion,
Really filtering out any emotions that are not ours,
Any emotions that don't allow us to feel illuminated,
To feel our magic calming that sea,
Allowing it to return to a state of stillness,
Of peace and serenity,
Allowing the crystalline incandescent light to flow down and enter our sacral chakra,
Really igniting the center,
Sparking a fire with beautiful colors of orange and yellow and red,
Just really allowing that beautiful center to expand with this new fire that you have lit,
Empowering you to really open up your creativity,
To ignite your power,
To burn away anything that isn't your magical truth,
Allowing that heat to rise and expand,
Lining you up for fresh ideas,
Illuminating all of your senses,
Just like being in a heat room,
In a sauna,
The fire that now blazes in your sacral chakra is cleansing your whole entire body,
Opening your pores and activating all of your senses,
Allowing that beautiful incandescent energy to flow down into your root chakra,
Just cleansing away any feelings of instability,
Any feelings that you are not safe and secure right now in this moment,
Allowing you to begin to feel your roots,
Beginning to grow from your root chakra down into your human legs.
And as you feel them growing down into your human legs,
You begin to be aware that you are no longer in your own space,
But rather you are in a beautiful space with tall grass.
There's a light breeze carrying the scents that are so magical.
They just envelop you.
There's so many.
While you're in a field,
You are surrounded by trees,
Though.
It's like this one little patch of open field in the middle of the most magical forest.
The forest is dense and dark.
You don't know what lies in that forest,
But it sure is a sight to see.
As you get your footing and begin to walk around in this beautiful space,
Just looking at the entrances to the forest,
The different beautiful rocks,
The different types of trees,
You can hear the animals watching the butterflies as they flap their wings right on by you,
Feeling the sun and its warmth on your skin.
The wind begins to pick up and get a little stronger,
Begins to really allow your hair to flow.
You begin to feel particles from Mother Earth being picked up in the wind as it continues to increase.
You begin to feel yourself wonder,
Where would you go if it gets too strong?
You don't know what's going to happen.
What could come out of that forest in that wind?
As you begin to walk around and search for any type of cover,
You feel the wind continuing to rise and rise.
It's getting harder to walk around.
You feel yourself almost trying to anchor yourself in to avoid being blown away.
You feel your senses beginning to shut down as you feel the fear take over,
The fear of the unknown,
The fear of what could be coming at you,
How long it will last.
The clouds in the sky begin to roll in and darken just a bit as the wind continues to increase in its strength,
Feeling the urge to escape and to run and to hide from what's coming,
From the unknown,
From the fear that you feel so strongly in your body.
When just as if this beautiful soft voice was carried in the wind,
You hear open your senses,
Trust,
Trust your senses,
And face your fears.
The voice is so soft and gentle,
So loving,
But facing your fears is new for you.
Opening your senses and using them is a new thing to you.
How are you even going to do that?
And you hear the voice once again,
So soft and so loving.
Allow.
Allow it to come.
Allow yourself to see,
Feel,
Smell,
And sense everything as it comes,
Just as you could sense and differentiate the difference between the flowers and the trees.
Just as you opened yourself up to be enveloped by those sensual sense of Mother Earth,
You can do the same thing with your fears.
A little nervous,
But willing to try,
You stand up tall and the wind begins to increase again.
This time it has collected things and they're beginning to come towards you and around you.
You begin to see images and words,
Past experiences,
And fears as if these giant pictures and phrases were just flying out of the forest,
Just shooting at you as if in slow motion you could see every detail on these images as they come at you.
You can read every phrase and every word as it flows by you,
Recognizing and observing that these are your thoughts,
These are your fears,
These are your images in your mind.
So afraid,
But so willing to change that you really decide you are going to face it this time.
You're going to face your fears.
You are going to open yourself up in a way in which you have never done before.
You decide to allow the soles of your feet to open and those roots that had grown into your legs to begin to widen and root down in through Mother Earth's surface,
Feeling it move through all her crystalline layers of rock and dirt with ease and grace,
Flowing all the way down to her heart center and really allowing those big expansive roots to roll around her center over and over and over until they plugged in and you felt the connection as Mother Earth began to fill your roots with her loving,
Grounding,
Healing energy,
Really allowing you to dig in and sink into your space,
Feeling as if you have literally anchored yourself into Mother Earth's presence.
And while the wind is strong and the images are vivid,
You now know that you can stand anchored,
Rooted and planted in your energy,
In your space that you can take on anything,
That you have decided that you are not going to allow anything to knock you down.
In this moment,
You have activated your gift of intuition.
You have your senses,
Feeling yourself so rooted in,
So grounded.
You are ready to face these fears.
You are ready to stop running from them.
You are ready to use all of your senses that you just activated to allow you to know what is real and what is an illusion,
Knowing that this forest that surrounds you is filled with memories,
Experiences from this lifetime and others.
It's filled with emotions and thoughts.
And as each one comes flying out of this forest at you,
As if in slow motion,
You feel the magic that lies within that because you know that means it has uprooted itself in you.
It has risen to the surface.
It is flying at you for you to observe it,
For you to look at it,
To acknowledge it,
And to let it go right on by.
And as you stand there,
Rooted in your strength and integrity,
Feeling yourself get stronger every moment.
Some of these fears are big and they seem to come right at you,
As if they're going to knock you down.
But right in the moment that counts,
Because you are so rooted in your stability,
In your integrity and strength of your energy,
Your body naturally bends and allows you to get an even bigger perspective as you watch,
You observe,
You take what you need to take from it,
And you allow the rest to just go on by,
Allowing you to rise up strong and tall once again with each vivid image,
With each emotion,
Thought,
Phrase,
And deep-seated fear that comes at you.
You just allow,
Allow it to come knowing that you will always know what to do,
Feeling your senses so alive,
More alive than they have ever felt before.
It's like you can hear them coming,
Can feel the vibration of them coming.
You can see them coming before it even gets into your actual sight.
The wind of change used to be such a scary thing,
But now you actually look forward to it,
As every time you allow something to come into your view and allow yourself to just bend with the wind and allow it to go on by,
You feel lighter,
You feel freer,
You feel limitless,
While still feeling rooted.
You find that beautiful balance of strength and lightness.
It's such a beautiful feeling,
Knowing that at any time that you need to root yourself down,
You can.
And as the last of the images flow on by you,
As if in slow motion,
Observing what needs to be observed and allowing it to flow on by,
You feel alive,
Free.
As your roots begin to retract back up into your legs and the wind begins to soften,
The clouds begin to part.
You see a beautiful rainbow,
As vivid as you have ever seen one in your life,
Begin to ascend down from the sky,
As if by magic,
Coming down right in front of you.
The color is so rich,
So sparkly.
You have never seen a rainbow this close.
You decide to step into that rainbow and you begin to feel the magic take over your body and you realize that you have had the magic all along.
All you needed to do was tune into your senses to trust,
To have faith,
To believe,
Even when you can't see,
Knowing that that magical rainbow that appears after a storm is always there within us,
Even when we can't see it.
You can feel it.
Feeling just utterly consumed with joy,
You fall back into the grass and take some deep breaths,
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth,
Feeling so freaking magical,
Taking another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Just wanting to capture it and take it all in to seal it into your remembrance,
Into your body,
Into your DNA.
You take one last deep breath in.
Ahhh.
So amazing.
As you begin to feel the weight of your body returning to its present moment,
As your crystalline,
Aluminous body begins to merge with your physical human body,
Allowing you to return to your current space,
To feel yourself being supported,
To feel your strength in a way you haven't felt before.
You begin to wiggle your toes,
Wiggle your fingers,
Rotate your wrists and ankles,
And when you're ready,
You may open your eyes.
