Adam Jogen Salzberg is a post-monk meditation coach, spiritual counselor and voice dialogue facilitator. He has over 25 years of meditation practice including 4 years worth of silent retreat. Jogen is a fully authorized Zen Buddhist teacher in the Soto Zen lineage. He also has extensive training in Dzogchen, Voice Dialogue, Paratheatre and Process Work. He leads Universe Somatic, a weekly class playfully integrating meditation, imagination and movement. Jogen is also a soundscape deejay, writer and personal assistant to his girlfriends cat.
