Golf visualization for putting.

Sit comfortably in a chair and close your eyes.

You imagine yourself standing over the ball in putt ready position.

You feel your hands gently gripping the putter as you look down at the ball.

In your imagination you take the putter back with ease and confidence as you already know exactly where the ball is going.

As you sway your arms perfectly back and then forward,

You see your putter strike the golf ball with just the right force for the distance of this particular putt.

You hear it make perfect contact with the ball in the center of your putter as the ball releases on its path toward the cup.

You stay with the shot until the ball is completely out of sight and only then do you glance up to see the ball going in its intended path directly toward the hole.

You see it and hear it fall perfectly into the center of the cup and you say quietly to yourself,

Yes,

And breathe into the confidence of your golf putting abilities.

You again imagine yourself over the ball and repeating this process again.

Everything is perfect and you just feel into the confidence of your putt.

Nothing else matters but feeling into this perfect putt and performing it flawlessly now in your imagination.

You are practicing perfect putting and you are making every putt.

You watch and listen again as your putting is getting better and better with this perfect practice and you know just how hard to hit it.

You know just the right path and you know just the right setup of your body and you know just the right grip on your club and you know just the right sway of your arms to make perfect contact as you feel the putter is an extension of you and you are able to control the motion with ease and confidence as you see and hear it make perfect contact with the ball and look up only to see the ball halfway to the cup and continue to watch it as it goes in the exact line that you knew it would go in until finally it reaches its destination in the center of the bottom of the cup.

You hear that sound as it drops into the cup and you love and appreciate that sound and you are so grateful for this time to practice perfect golf that will enable you to repeat this process during your next round of golf and you will have the confidence that you have practiced this shot so many times that you will sink this putt and you can sink this putt with confidence because you have practiced it perfectly again and again in your imagination and your subconscious mind is learning because it does not know the difference between real life and imagination and you will remember this confidence you will remember this feeling and you will remember the sound of the ball falling effortlessly into the cup and you will remember how good it feels and how grateful you feel to be able to play this wonderful game of golf and one more time now you go through the final process in your mind of visualizing yourself as yourself standing over the ball with your putter ready to putt and with confidence you take the club back in perfect alignment of your target and follow through putting the ball with confidence and complete perfection as you look up only after the ball is on its way to the cup to see it following your line completely as it finds the center of the cup and you hear it drop and bounce at the bottom of the cup and you softly say to yourself yes and you will use this quiet confidence this yes to remember each time you make a putt you will remember what it felt like remember what it sounded like and remember that you can repeat this over and over and over again with complete confidence and perfection every time you stand over your putt yes yes and now feeling so much better than before and knowing you can imagine and perfectly practice any time and build on your confident putting you can slowly come back to the now and open your eyes
