When life feels like it’s falling apart, it may actually be falling into place. This healing non-dual meditation invites you to see moments of discomfort, transition, or uncertainty not as punishment—but as sacred opportunities for relinquishment and remembrance. A gentle undoing of who you are not, and a tender resting as the Presence you truly are. Through long, open pauses and grounding reflection, Jody will guide you back to the formless stillness that remains untouched by thought, emotion, or circumstance. There is nothing to fix here—only a quiet space to rest in what’s always been whole. This is not a meditation to "do". It’s a space to BE. Let go of the effort. Let go of the story. And return home to the peace that You are.

So welcome,

Welcome,

Welcome.

It's really great to be with you today.

So lately it seems as though my life is rearranging itself again.

Things are changing and shifting and moving around and honestly not all of it feels super comfortable.

Which had me thinking this morning of a time in my life that whenever things would feel like they were falling apart or shifting in an area or even a few areas of my life all at once,

I would immediately think to myself,

Okay,

Here we go,

Another season of punishment.

And I really felt in many ways that life was working against me as if there were some sort of,

You know,

Karmic debt or something that I had to pay back.

But as life rearranges itself yet again,

Because that's life,

I can see how differently I see it.

There's no punishment and nothing's gone wrong.

It's just a period of relinquishment and then of course remembering this sort of shedding of what I am not.

I see it as an invitation to remember what and who I really am.

And I've come to see this,

That this is the healing.

Not the kind that fixes or repairs and changes things,

But the kind that reveals the wholeness,

The changeless,

That I truly am.

And sometimes it can really feel like I'm being squeezed and pushed and pulled by my thoughts and my emotions and sensations.

But in those moments,

I feel it's as if life is sort of saying,

Hey,

Would you like to make exceptions to the truth?

Or would you like to live from the truth?

Because it's always our choice,

Isn't it?

But the formless,

Changeless divinity that I am,

That you are,

Is always here,

Whether we choose to make exceptions or not.

And so when I notice the ego pouting and narrating and throwing a bit of a tantrum to fight for its limitations,

I can just smile at it.

And I can also just see the choice that I've been making.

Without the judgment,

I can just notice.

It's only ever a relinquishment of the faults,

The stories and the rules and the labels,

Even the me who's trying so hard to get it right.

So today,

Let's rest in what remains when all of that is just let go.

Let's just rest in the healing simplicity of I am.

Yeah.

So go ahead and just find a comfortable position.

You can keep your eyes open or closed,

Whichever feels most comfortable.

And just let the breath be natural.

Just notice the simplicity of just being here.

Before the story of today,

Before the thought of me,

There's this,

This spaciousness,

Awareness.

It's always present.

Always still.

And it's already whole.

You might feel sensations in the body.

Notice thoughts about what's happening with your body.

It's happening with your life.

That's okay.

Just let them appear as they are.

It's just weather.

Life stuff,

The things that seem messy or uncertain,

Isn't good or bad.

It's just movement.

Movement that's appearing in the vastness of what you are.

The spaciousness,

Stillness.

And that is you.

That's the truth of who you are.

So there's no need to fix or change what's arising.

Just notice the space it's appearing in.

Notice the quiet presence that doesn't move with movement.

That's the truth of you.

Unchanging.

Untroubled.

Free.

Completely free.

Sometimes when life feels like it's tightening around us,

It's really loosening the false self.

Sort of just a gentle squeeze,

Inviting us to let go of who we are not.

And there's a part of our mind that wants to resist that.

So we can just simply notice.

Am I believing myself to be right now?

What am I believing myself to be right now?

Just a gentle looking.

Am I the one with all these problems?

Or am I the infinite awareness in which these problems appear?

Even the thought,

I need to be more awake,

Appears in the spaciousness.

The formless that you already are.

So we can just let everything be exactly as it is,

However it may be arising.

Just feel the simplicity of this moment.

You're simply being,

Being what you already are.

Notice how effortless it is to be aware.

Even when the mind wanders,

Your presence remains.

When emotions move,

Your presence remains.

When the story flares up again,

Your presence remains.

You're just resting as being.

A simple willingness to not pick anything up.

No story or role.

No problem to solve.

Just being.

Just I am.

As our session comes to a close,

Gently open your eyes if you've had them closed.

Coming back to the room.

Knowing that nothing has changed,

And yet at the same time,

Everything may feel a little lighter.

That is what you are.

This peace.

This sensations of spaciousness.

This stillness.

It's what you are.

It's what I am.

And it's always here.

Whether we're doing a formal meditation like this,

Or whether we're moving through the world,

It's here.

Thank you for joining me.

Namaste.
