Hello and welcome to Soften into Sleep,
A slow and soft guided meditation to journey into a dreamy state of restful,
Healing sleep,
Finding yourself laying down in Shavasana,
And if it feels good placing your hands somewhere on your body as a way to ground and centre into this space,
Into this moment,
And taking some nice long,
Deep,
Conscious breaths,
Deep down into your body as you inhale through the nose,
And exhale slowly through the mouth,
And doing this few rounds of breath,
And notice how your body begins to soften more and more with every exhale,
Allowing yourself to truly arrive in this present moment,
Feeling the parts that are touching the bed and how your body softens and sinks deeper,
Continuing to come back to your breath as you soften more and more,
Keep coming back to the sound of my voice that will take you into a soft,
Sweet sleep,
And we'll start with a body scan from the top of the head,
Starting to scan down and just bringing awareness to any sensations in the body,
Tense,
Where you might still be holding a conversation,
Part of you is still in another space,
Bringing awareness to that part and breathing deeply into it and coming back again to yourself,
This moment,
And as you scan down from the top of your head,
Breathing deeply and softening all of these parts,
Feeling them as they soften and drop down,
Releasing tension in the neck,
Releasing tension across your chest,
Releasing any tension,
Softening any tension in your thighs,
In your hands,
In your knees,
In your feet,
In your
