Welcome to your heart meditation,
The Anahata,
Located right in the center of your chest.
Finding a comfortable seat,
Spine is tall and straight,
Gently closing your eyes and slowly tuning into your breath.
Long deep inhales through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
As you inhale,
Taking the breath right into your heart and expanding into this space.
As you exhale,
Soften and release any tension in your body.
Really focusing the tension all around the heart.
Breathing air deep into every cell,
Using your breath as your anchor.
Using your breath to transform any heavy energies that you feel in this space.
As we connect to the element of air,
We breathe and expand into this element that has no borders,
No edges.
Our breath is infinite.
Our ability to love is infinite.
So just keep bringing your attention back to your breath and back to your heart.
Dropping deeper into this space and into this moment.
Allowing yourself to be present with how it feels to be here with yourself right now,
Just you and your heart.
And maybe you want to ask yourself how you're feeling today.
And just checking in with your heart,
The one that's always beating for you,
Keeping you alive.
How's it feeling?
Are you listening?
Are you allowing yourself to be with whatever arises?
How can you hold yourself in this space?
How can you love all that arises with loving awareness,
With kindness,
And compassion?
As you bring your attention here and allow yourself to feel everything that's alive within you,
We bring ourselves to a place of peace and harmony.
The place where we bridge ourselves between the heavens and the earth.
Bringing all the wisdom and all of the light into this center point and then we move from here.
We move from the feeling,
From the inner wisdom that lays within.
Where are you being guided?
What does your heart want you to know?
And really giving yourself this space and this time to tune in and to sink deeper into your truth,
Into yourself.
And just noticing if there's any feelings of grief,
Sadness,
Loneliness.
Perhaps there's some forgiving that needs to be done to someone in your life or even to yourself.
Just observing these feelings and bringing them to your awareness so that you can feel them and release them with your breath.
And if forgiveness is needed,
Can you find it in your heart to seed those intentions of understanding and recognizing that everything that's happened up until this moment has been perfect and has happened for you and has brought you right here and you are exactly where you need to be.
And as we land into what is known as the fourth altar,
Really this space of pure consciousness within our heart,
We feel what capacity we have to love another and love ourselves.
We bring in kindness,
Compassion,
Gentleness,
Understanding that each of our journeys is completely individual whilst also one.
You're breathing into that space where love is your divine power,
Understanding that the frequency that you emit from your heart is far stronger than that of your mind.
So what are you bringing in and what are you sending out?
What are you manifesting from your heart space?
All of the seeds of your intentions deep down into your heart.
