Taking a deep breath in and feel the breath as you breathe out again with a sound.
Now one last time,
A big breath,
Hold.
Now let it go.
Imagine you are a tiny grub inside a cocoon.
You feel cosy and safe and warm.
You are very small inside your cocoon.
Your cocoon is like a lovely soft white blanket around you.
You begin to feel your body changing.
Wings start to grow.
You feel your legs changing.
And soon the cocoon is too small for your beautiful wings and new body.
Imagine that you wriggle your way out of the cocoon.
Your wings are beautiful but still folded and soft.
Imagine your wings unfolding.
It's hard work,
Your wings are big.
Notice their beautiful colours and patterns as you hold them out to dry.
Feel the gentle breeze on them.
Feel the sunshine helping them to dry.
Move them gently and feel yourself lifting off the ground.
You fly from flower to flower landing on different bright colours.
You drink a drop of water from a flower petal.
There is a beautiful garden to explore and some special hiding places in the garden.
