Ever,

Father?

Make yourself comfortable and take a deep breath and close your eyes.

Take another big breath and let it out with a sound.

Do it again,

Another sound as you breathe out.

Now once more and this time listen to the sound of your breath when you breathe out.

Begin to notice your body.

Feel your legs and arms and body as they rest back.

Let your body feel soft and heavy.

Imagine that you can see down inside yourself like a big torch is shining inside and you can make it move about.

Wherever you look the light shines.

You can feel where it shines too.

Look into your belly.

The light shines in there.

Check to see if there are any worries in your belly.

If you see and feel worries in your belly,

Imagine them as a colour and breathe them out.

Now shine the torch around to look for sore spots or tired spots in your body.

Have a look around.

When you find them,

Breathe them out.

Now you're looking through your body to find your space.

The special light,

The colour of you.

Somewhere in your body,

Where is it?

What colour is it?

If you can't see it,

Imagine where it would be and what colour you would choose for the colour of you.

This is your own special spark of light.

As you breathe in and out,

It grows bigger and brighter.

It is like a ball that keeps growing when you breathe.

It goes to your feet and legs and fills them up.

It goes to your fingers,

Your hands and arms as you breathe it bigger.

Take another breath and fill up your belly and chest with this beautiful,

Bright,

Colourful light.

Now it is going to your back,

Along the spine,

Your shoulders and neck.

Feel it move softly into your head.

Your mind becomes quiet.

Your body feels lovely and peaceful.

It is filled with the colour of you.

So on the next breath,

Breathe it into the air around you,

Making a big,

Bright coloured bubble.

The bubble is like a shield.

It keeps out worries.

They bounce off and don't come in to upset you.

Inside your bubble,

You feel safe and happy.

So have a breath and feel all the good feelings.

Notice what happens in your body when you feel like this.

Have another breath.

Let yourself feel happy.

So so so so It is time now to bring your awareness back to the room.

So so Take some deeper breaths and begin to stretch and open your eyes when you're ready.

So

Meet your Teacher

I'm not sure how this got on my suggestion list, but I'm glad it did! This 42 year old kid really enjoyed it.
