Relax, settle in, and just breathe. Calm your mind, calm your body. There is nowhere else you need to be, nothing else that needs to be done right now. Spending just a few minutes being still and allowing yourself to simply breathe, can leave you feeling relaxed, at ease, calm, refreshed, grounded, confident and amazing! And thank you for joining me today.

Welcome to this easy breathing meditation.

So make sure you are in a place free from noise and distraction and just settle in to a comfortable position.

Get cozy.

Whatever that may feel like for you right now,

Whether that is sitting or lying down,

Just settle in and close your eyes if that feels good for you.

And now slowly just start to become aware of your breath.

Notice the way you are breathing in and breathing out.

Sometimes when we start to pay attention to our breath it just naturally,

Organically starts to become a little slower,

A little longer,

A little more at ease.

And now just allow your face muscles to soften.

Unclench your jaw.

Feel a lightness in between your eyes.

And now going down to your neck and shoulders.

Let those feel easy and relaxed.

Going down your back and stomach.

Allow these to feel soft.

Let your arms and hands just gently be at ease by your side.

Letting them sink into the surface beneath your hips and buttocks,

Legs and feet.

They have settled in and they are completely relaxed.

Everything is at ease.

Take a nice long,

Slow inhale.

Hold for a moment at the top.

Exhale completely out with your mouth open.

And let's do that again.

Inhale.

Hold for a moment.

Exhale completely out through your mouth.

Continue this pattern for a few moments in your own time,

In your own way.

Inhaling.

Holding for a moment.

Exhaling all the way out.

This wonderful oxygen is nourishing and cleansing and refreshing and energizing your whole being.

Just simple breathing.

Now just allow your breathing to find a natural rhythm.

Now let's slowly bring awareness back to your space,

To your body.

Give your body and hands and feet a little wiggle,

A little stretch.

Slowly flutter your eyelids open.
