Take two minutes to just stop and notice what is going on in your environment. Looking and listening as well as feeling inside your body. Take time off now, before moving forward to the next thing. Give yourself a break at any time of the day.

Stop practice and stop.

P stands for stop.

Take a breath.

Observe and proceed.

So for now we just stop.

Bringing attention to our breathing and noticing how it is to breathe.

Just focus on the breath all by itself.

Following the in breath all the way in and the out breath.

All the way out.

And then we begin to observe while we breathe with what's going on around us.

So we're paying attention to what we are looking at.

Paying attention to the sounds around.

And we're also paying attention to how our bodies are right now.

Just sat here or stood.

And with this casual observation all happening in the foreground along with our breathing.

When we're ready to just get on with our day we can then proceed.
