Sit comfortably,

Close your eyes,

And let your breathing be easy and natural.

Take a few moments to pay attention to your breathing.

Notice your breath coming in,

And going out.

Simply notice your breath coming in,

And going out.

Now begin thinking the mantra,

RA MA RA MA.

Think RA as you inhale,

MA as you exhale.

RA as you inhale,

MA as you exhale.

RA attunes you to the power of the Sun's energy.

MA attunes you to the power of the Moon's energy.

Think RA as you inhale,

MA as you exhale.

Now each time you inhale and think RA,

Imagine a brilliant Sun filling your heart chakra.

With each in breath,

Think RA and imagine a radiant Sun filling your heart chakra.

It's not necessary to see the Sun in your mind.

You might see the Sun,

Or you might feel the Sun in your heart,

Or you might just sense its radiant presence.

However you experience it is okay.

This Sun is emanating a loving,

Healing energy.

Energy that's gently healing your heart from past wounds.

Energy that's helping your heart open to greater love.

With each in breath,

Imagine that healing Sun shining in your heart.

Now continue meditating like this.

If you notice that your attention has drifted off,

It's okay,

Gently bring it back.

Now Cool.

With each in-breath,

Imagine the healing sun filling your heart.

Now,

Keep repeating raw with each in-breath,

And with each out-breath,

As you think MA,

Imagine that you are being gently unfolded in a beautiful,

Tranquil moon.

Each time you breathe out and think MA,

Imagine that you are being unfolded in a tranquil,

Nurturing moon.

This moon is gently embracing you in her tranquil light.

This beautiful moon is gently unfolding you in her supportive energy.

As you exhale and think MA,

Relax into her nurturing embrace.

With each out-breath,

Let go,

And sink into her nurturing,

Supportive embrace.

With each out-breath,

Relax,

And accept the unconditional support of her loving,

Nurturing energy.

Think raw as you inhale,

MA as you exhale.

The sun fills your heart,

The moon enfolds you.

Now continue meditating like this,

I'll let you know when it's time to come out.

With each out-breath,

Imagine the nurturing moon gently unfolding you.

Now take a deep breath or two,

Take as long as you need,

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Take as long as you need,

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes.
