After you are guided into this meditation, you'll gently focus on your breathing, while the music of the sitar and tamboura provide you with a peaceful ambience. The key to this meditation is simply giving your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and external sounds the space to be there.

As I guide you through this meditation,

Just breathe naturally,

Focus on your breath with medium effort,

And accept whatever happens.

Now sit comfortably with your spine reasonably straight.

Close your eyes and let your breathing be easy and natural.

Take a few moments to let everything settle a bit.

Now bring your attention to your breathing.

With medium effort,

Focus on your breathing.

Notice your breath coming in and going out.

Be mindful of your breath coming in,

Filling you,

And going out.

When thoughts come into your mind,

Just accept them,

Giving them the space to come and go without resisting them,

Without getting involved with them.

If you notice any physical sensations,

Emotions,

Or external sounds,

Simply allow them to be there.

Just focus on your breathing and accept any thoughts,

Feelings,

Sensations,

Or sounds that may occur.

If you notice that your attention has drifted off and become involved with thoughts,

It's okay.

Simply bring it back to your breathing.

If at any time you notice that you're slipping into a sleep-like or dream-like state,

Just allow it to happen.

Now continue meditating like this.

I'll let you know when it's time to come out.

I hope you enjoyed this video.

Please give it a thumbs up and subscribe.

Thank you for watching.

I hope you'll be able to continue to be like this in the future,

This was a gentle and effective meditation & tool which gave me the clarity I needed to realize the magnitude of having control over breathing in my practice. Thank🙏🏽You🕉💙💜

Kind voice. Loved the words chosen. Appreciated "medium effort". What is the name of that beautiful instrument in the background? Mesmerizing and so soothing. Thank you! Namaste 🙏
