You you Close your eyes and let your breathing be easy and natural Take a few moments to let everything settle a bit For now there is absolutely nothing you have to do There is nothing you have to do This time is for you.

It's your time to relax and recharge This is your time to relax and be revitalized As you listen to this you don't have to try to relax Just allow the words and music to flow over you taking you to a deeply relaxed place Just allow the words and music to take you to a deeply relaxed place There is nothing for you to do at this time,

But to be comfortable and allow yourself to be taken to a deeply relaxed place As you sit or lie there comfortably you may notice the sounds that are taking place around you Whatever sounds are taking place around you are alright Whatever is going on around you is alright Whatever is taking place around you is alright Whatever is going on around you is all right.

Whatever is taking place around you is all right.

And you are allowing it all to be.

At this moment,

Everything is all right.

Everything is fine right now.

There may be some sensations taking place in your body.

Maybe some nice relaxing feelings.

If so,

You are enjoying the nice sensations,

Simply allowing them to be there.

If there is any tension anywhere,

You are allowing it to be there.

It is all dissolving easily by itself.

Whatever physical sensations you are feeling are all right.

Whatever your body is feeling is all right.

At this moment,

Everything is all right.

Everything is fine right now.

Everything is fine right now.

There may be some emotions taking place within you.

If so,

You are allowing the feelings to be there.

Whatever you are feeling is all right.

Whatever you are feeling is all right.

And you are giving your feelings the space to be there,

Just as they are.

At this moment,

Everything is all right.

There may be some thoughts coming and going in your mind,

And that's all right.

Thoughts are just a stream of energy and ideas flowing through your mind.

And you are allowing them to flow through without resisting them,

Without holding on to them.

You are giving the thoughts the space to come and go,

Without resisting them,

At this moment,

I really liked the pace, repetitiveness and the allowing atmosphere of the meditation. Silent spaces work for me as they give me time to absorb what was being said. This meditation is not for everyone and might seem repetitive, but the whole premise is on point for working to ease distressing and repetitive thoughts that cause a feeling of unsafeness. Thank you.
