Hello and welcome to this meditation for sleep.
This meditation is for you if you want to sleep and it is too for people who want to sleep with a sleep apnea.
This meditation is a metaphoric bedtime story that allows you if you have sleep apnea to have a restful sleep and ensures that your breathing remains calm,
Continuous and regular.
It is there to suit you.
So this meditation is called the harmony of tree and wind.
Please allow yourself to lie in bed.
Be in a quiet place where no one is going to be disturbing you.
Please close your eyes.
Allow yourself to breathe in,
Breathe out calmly.
Let your body relax with the sound of my voice.
Let your thoughts go.
Envision all of these thoughts that you have that are going to be gathering between them and going into a balloon.
This balloon is going to go to the sky,
To the far end of the galaxy and be evaporated there.
You don't need these thoughts now.
So while breathing in please gather these thoughts that you have and when you are going to breathe out envision that these thoughts are going into a balloon that goes to the sky far,
Far away from you and these thoughts evaporate there.
You don't need them anymore.
Breathe in,
Gather your thoughts,
Breathe out,
Have these thoughts go to the sky far away from you.
Breathe in,
Breathe out calmly.
Sense that your body is relaxing,
It is calmer.
Sense that your thoughts are calm.
Again,
Please breathe in,
Breathe out calmly,
Having the remaining thoughts leave far away.
And the last time,
Breathe in and breathe out calmly.
And now I am going to tell you a story of the harmony of tree and wind.
Allow yourself to relax on the sound of my voice.
The more that you hear my voice,
The more that your body relaxes.
Your body tension is releasing the tension in your feet and your legs is releasing.
In your hip area it is releasing.
Your belly is more and more relaxed.
Your chest is more and more relaxed.
Your arms are more and more relaxed.
Your shoulders are relaxing.
You don't need to hold the responsibility of the whole world in your shoulder.
They can be resting now.
They can be relaxing now.
Envision these shoulders.
Put in these responsibilities aside.
Give them to the earth and have the earth take them away very gently.
Envision your head area being totally relaxed.
Your neck being calm.
Your thoughts are calm.
And now imagine yourself lying in a secret place deep in a vast tranquil forest.
Around you the trees are tall and majestic.
The roots sink in deep into the nourishing earth.
The air is fresh and pure filled with the soothing sounds of nature.
Every breath you take is cool and light like a gentle breeze caressing your face.
You feel enveloped in the safety and tranquility of this place.
At the center of this forest stands an ancient tree,
A large majestic oak whose branches stretch towards the starry sky.
This tree is special because it possesses an ancient wisdom that of nature itself.
Its roots extend deep into the earth and its sturdy trunk breathes slowly with the earth.
This tree is representing your body.
Stable,
Rooted,
Powerful,
Yet also flexible and calm.
And now imagine that each breath you take is like a root extending into the earth.
It sinks slowly and deeply drawing nourishment from the earth's life,
Serenity and peace.
With each breath you feel more and more rooted,
More stable,
More grounded.
Your breath,
Slow and steady,
Is in perfect harmony with the tree.
When you inhale,
The tree breathes with you.
When you exhale,
The tree lets the wind blow gently through its leaves.
Together,
You and the tree form an invisible bond,
An intimate and harmonious connection,
In which each breath becomes natural,
Fluid and effortless.
The air around you is calm.
The wind blows only gently like a caress.
It passes through the leaves,
Creating a soothing melody.
This wind,
So light,
Seems to breathe with you.
In perfect rhythm,
It is breathing with you.
The wind comes.
You sense it coming.
You sense its contact with your body.
It blows gently into your lungs and withdraws,
Just as gently with each exhalation.
You sense the wind coming,
Blowing gently into your lungs and it withdraws.
You sense it again,
This wind.
It comes,
It blows gently into your lungs and it withdraws with each exhalation.
It is constant,
Calm,
Without interruption.
The wind forces nothing.
It blows peacefully,
Quietly.
It allows you to follow its rhythm,
To harmonize with it.
Visualize your breathing becoming like that wind,
Soft,
Blowing uninterrupted.
It's neither rushed nor forced.
It's steady,
Calm and peaceful.
Each exhalation relaxes you a little more.
You let yourself drift into this harmony,
Breathing in perfect sync with nature.
Now imagine that every cell in your body is nourished by this harmony.
Your heart beats in a gentle,
Steady rhythm,
Like the beating of the tree's roots in the earth.
Every organ in your body functions perfectly,
Smoothly.
Your breathing becomes deep and steady,
Just like the wind blowing through the trees in perfect symphony.
If thoughts come to disturb your peace,
Imagine them as clouds floating above you.
They cannot disturb the gentleness of the wind.
You watch them without caring,
Letting them drift away into the immensity of the sky.
Your concentration turns solely to your breathing.
You realize that there is nothing more to do than let your breath unfold naturally,
Like the tree that doesn't force its roots to grow,
But lets them spread according to nature's rhythm.
Little by little,
With each exhalation,
You feel your body loosen further.
Your muscles relax.
Your shoulders loosen.
Your chest expands.
With each inhalation,
The French clean air fills your lungs,
Bringing you a sense of calm and well-being.
And with each exhalation,
Sense this exhalation.
Sense the tension,
Anxiety,
Restlessness drifting away,
Carried away by the gently blowing wind.
The wind becomes softer as you drift deeper into sleep.
Its caress is more soothing.
It accompanies you on an endless journey where you no longer have to strain,
Think or worry.
Everything happens naturally,
Calmly with the fluidity of nature that never struggles,
But simply exists.
Know that like the tree and the wind,
You are capable of maintaining this harmony all night long.
Your breathing will remain calm and steady and fluid.
Each inhalation allows you to regenerate.
Each exhalation releases the last of the tensions.
Sense that you breathe in and you breathe out.
Breathe in and you breathe out.
Breathe in and you breathe out.
And with each inhalation,
Sense your body regenerating.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
With each exhalation,
Sense the tensions leaving.
Breathe in the regeneration of your body without the release of tensions.
Everything is perfectly in order.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Continue sensing all of these tensions being released from your body.
Everything is okay.
Everything is perfectly in order like the breath of the wind passing through the leaves,
Always constant,
Always balanced.
Your body now knows how to breathe calmly,
Effortlessly and each night it adjusts to this natural rhythm,
Bringing peace,
Bringing healing.
Nature around you watches over you,
Accompanying you into a deep,
Restful sleep.
The wind never stops blowing gently.
Your breath continues to follow this rhythmic day after day,
Night after night movement.
Your breathing becomes soft.
Steady echo like the wind blowing peacefully through the trees.
As you let yourself be carried away by this restorative breath,
Your body relaxes more and more.
And you prepare for a night of deep,
Peaceful,
Harmonious sleep.
Have an amazing night.
Have a beautiful sleep and a amazing day.
Dreams.
