Get into a comfortable position,
Uncross your arms and legs,
And either close your eyes or gaze down,
And begin to notice your breath as it moves in and out through your nose.
And now with each inhale,
Make it a little bit longer,
A little bit deeper.
And each exhale,
Just a little more.
Just extending your inhale and exhale by a small amount with each breath,
Trying to go a little bit slower,
A little bit deeper with each breath.
Not feeling a strain,
But see how slow,
How deep you can go.
Now I want you to start to feel as if you're inhaling from your feet,
To your knees,
To your hips,
To your chest,
To your shoulders,
Up to your head and out through your nose.
Continuing with those slow,
Deep inhales and exhales,
Seeing how slow,
How gentle you can feel the air move from your feet all the way up to the top of your head and out through your nose,
Going as slow and as deep as possible.
And now I want you to bring into your mind's eye a moment where you felt truly successful.
What were you doing?
Who were you with?
What did you accomplish?
And how did it make you feel?
And once you have that feeling of success,
I want you to start breathing that in on your inhale and then sending out that success with your exhale.
Breathing in that success and sending it out.
Feeling it's a wave moving through you and then sending that out in the world.
Breathing,
Continuing the slow,
Deep breaths while feeling that success.
And now we're going to take one final big inhale together and release.
And when you're ready,
You can wiggle your fingers and toes and flutter your eyes open and carry the sense of success throughout your day.
It's time to step into your power.
