And spirit.

Mantra literally translates to mind tool and you will use this tool to feel a sense of renewal.

Today your mantra will be the word renew.

When I say the word renew,

Repeat it back to yourself silently and also feel a sense of renewal throughout your mind,

Body,

And spirit.

So let's begin.

Get into a comfortable position and then close your eyes or gaze down.
