Welcome to today's practice where you will use the power of mantras to come into this present moment and balance your mind,

Body,

And spirit.

Mantra literally translates to mind tool and you will use this tool to feel a sense of balance.

Today your mantra will be the word balanced.

And when I say the word balanced,

Repeat it back to yourself silently,

But also feel that sense of balance throughout your mind,

Body,

And spirit.

So let's begin.

Get into a comfortable position and then close your eyes or gaze down.
