Mantra literally translates to mind tool,
And you will use this tool to feel a sense of grounding.
Today,
Your mantra will be the word grounded.
When I say the word grounded,
Repeat it back to yourself silently,
And also feel a sense of grounding throughout your mind,
Body,
And spirit.
So let's begin.
Get into a comfortable position,
And then close your eyes or gaze down.
Grounded.

Now receive a nice inhalation,
And release.
And bring a smile to your face as you shift into the feeling of gratitude,
Grateful for showing up to practice today,
And grateful for choosing to ground yourself.
Take one more deep breath in,
And release.
And carry this sense of grounding throughout your day.
