Having a daily gratitude practice is one of the most beneficial habits you can do for your wellness.
So how often do you stop and think about the things you're grateful for?
In our society today it's easy not to be grateful for what you have.
You have people telling you what you need,
How you should look,
What you should be doing,
How you should think,
Among others.
But are these things you really want or are you getting programmed by someone else?
By doing a daily gratitude practice it allows you to be grateful for what you have but also attract more of the things that you really want putting you in a state of abundance.
So try this each morning.
Think about something you're grateful for in this present moment.
Visualizing as much as you can but also bringing in the feelings of gratitude.
If it's helpful you can use the framework,
I am so blessed and grateful for blank.
It feels blank.
For example,
I am so blessed and grateful for the life I'm creating and the steady progress I'm making.
It feels so incredible to trust myself,
Stay grounded,
And move through my days with clarity,
Confidence,
And calm.
Then think about something you're grateful for in the future that you want to attract to you now.
Visualizing as much as you can but also bringing in those feelings of gratitude.
For example,
I am so blessed and grateful for the dream job that's already making its way to me.
It feels so fantastic to be valued,
Well-paid,
And fully aligned with work that energizes me.
By thinking and feeling something that you're grateful for today and following up with something that you want to attract in the future,
It's sending out a signal that you're grateful for.
You can do this as many times as you like and it's also a great practice to do right before bed.
Gratitude is a great way to start and end the day.
When you're grateful,
You can't be fearful,
Angry,
Or frustrated.
It places you in a state of abundance,
Happiness,
And love.
Come back to this track whenever you need to remind yourself of this truth.
