Hello and welcome.
I'm Jess King here for Insight Timer and this meditation is created with the intention of increasing your connection with inner peace and the connection with your inner light to help you reduce anxiety,
Tension,
Stress,
And any sort of negative vibrations in your life.
I'm joining you from the wild nature of Ibiza,
Spain.
And so if you hear noise in the background,
This is from nature surrounding and sharing that with you as well.
So please find a comfortable position and feel free to lie down or sit in a chair with the bottoms of your feet on the floor to ground or sit in lotus position with your legs crossed,
Whatever feels right to you in this moment.
Feel free to pause this to get in position if that's helpful.
And once you found that position,
Gently allow your eyelids to fall closed.
Noticing if you feel any sort of tension in your jaw area in your shoulders or neck.
Oftentimes we're carrying tension here without realizing it.
So if you notice that on an exhale,
Just try and sort of breathe that out.
Very gently to begin this meditation together.
We'll take three breaths we're going to breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.
So gently inhale through your nose,
Filling up your belly,
All the way in.
And when you get to the top just gently open your mouth.
Let that.
Let that any tension leave your body.
And again together deep breath in filling up with light in your belly and breathing out surrender.
One more time together,
Deep breath in and release.
Follow your breath,
Observing it,
Enter through your nostrils.
You can visualize it entering as a stream of light,
Entering through your nose traveling inside of you up toward the top of your head inside down back down your throat,
Expanding in your heart as your lungs expand.
And then each time you breathe out consciously.
Think about an emotion,
A negative thought,
Any sort of challenge you're facing in your present life.
And as you breathe out.
As you continue consciously letting that go just releasing it with your exhale.
And each time you breathe in through your nose.
Again visualizing this stream of light can be any color can be transparent,
Just this stream of light healing energy entering through your nose again traveling up to the crown of your head inside back down your throat into your heart and lungs.
And as you breathe in you can feel your inner light expand with each beat of your heart.
Each time your lungs expand.
You are increasing the radiance within you,
Increasing your awareness,
Increasing the light healing energy inside of you.
And with each exhale you're relaxing your body,
Just a little bit more.
With each breath out.
You are letting go of again that first thing that popped into your mind.
Perhaps there's something in your professional life,
Your personal life,
In your health journey,
Emotionally,
Physically,
Mentally whatever's going on for you right now that you know is taking you away from being your most vibrant,
Joyful,
Peaceful self,
It could be a negative recurring thought.
And perhaps there are a few of them,
Just as you breathe in focusing on this increase of light,
Inviting this beautiful healing energy in allowing it to grow.
And now as you exhale,
Just consciously allow this light to dissolve,
Whatever it is that is taking you away from feeling peaceful from feeling confident from feeling abundant in every way.
Notice how you begin to feel differently.
You can feel that inner light inside of you.
All the way from your toes,
All the way up through your knees your hips,
Your shoulders,
Your elbows,
Your wrist,
You can just feel this beautiful flow of light.
And just for a moment.
Notice what color that light is without thinking without trying without judging.
Just notice for yourself.
If it is a certain color.
If it,
Maybe it just feels like the wind,
Perhaps you can hear the wind and this recording allowing that flow of light to permeate your body,
Your heart,
Your mind,
Your spirit,
You can feel that light flowing into your aura this energetic feel surrounding you this field surrounding you.
I'm sure we've all noticed.
When someone walks into the room,
And they have this shining light around them.
It's an energy it's magnetic.
We want to increase our force inside of us just connecting with who we truly are,
Which is vibrant,
Liberated,
Just totally free free to be who you are.
Uninhibited fully expressed and embodied.
As you breathe in.
And as you breathe out,
Considering your mind what is the program that might be affecting me.
When I say program I just mean,
You know,
Out in mass consciousness.
There's so much fear that seems to be sort of the running force,
You know,
This disempowerment.
This in the ways in which we might feel stuck.
Limited in any way.
If there is a program you are aware of,
Perhaps again it could be a negative thought a belief system that is misaligning you taking you out of fully expressing yourself just again breathe it out.
Let your aura energy increase.
So this light body of energy is extending from your physical body.
And it's changing a sphere around you just like a globe.
So if you're lying down you can visualize a sphere around you.
And it's a sphere of light,
Any type of light.
Once you're seated just imagine you yourself in this sphere of light your aura with this beautiful energy protecting you from any darker energies protecting you from fear self doubt from being too affected by the 3d reality in which we're living in that it's protecting you away from inner peace.
So feel yourself in this cocoon of light.
This is your safe space,
Your haven.
And in this light field,
Reminding yourself,
You are divine.
You are loved.
You are worthy you are capable of anything you set your mind to.
You deserve inner peace to feel and experience the sensation,
No matter what is going on in the physical world.
As we heal within.
We activate healing for others that effect is felt all across the planet,
Far more than our brains can comprehend so just allow this beautiful light field to surround you embracing that energy,
Reminding yourself,
It is always there,
No matter what's going on in your life.
We activate this as we become more conscious of our inner light and share and express our inner light.
We increase healing on the planet.
You may hear an airplane flying overhead just breathe in that flow of energy and breathe it out transporting you,
Reminding you embracing this moment,
Knowing that if you are going through any type of difficult time now.
It will pass through faith through breath work through consciously choosing love over fear.
Prioritizing yourself.
You are healing yourself,
And you are healing the world.
