Hello,
Beautiful souls.
I'm Jess King and in today's meditation,
I'll be taking you with me to where I am right now,
Which is a beautiful area just outside Barcelona.
I'm sitting in the trees in this little shrub area of so full of green and I was called to just invite you to join me to share this moment,
To feel this beautiful healing experience of nature so that you can share it and take it with you.
So wherever you are,
If you're in a crowded city,
Hopefully you are somewhere where you feel calm and where you feel filled with a spirit of peacefulness and joy.
And if you don't,
That's okay too,
Obviously that's why one of the reasons we meditate,
Right?
So wherever you are,
Find a comfortable spot where you can lie down on your back with your arms comfortably resting alongside your body or feel free to place one hand on your belly and one hand on your heart,
Or if you're more comfortable,
You can sit in a chair with your feet square on the ground so you're nice and grounded.
Your spine is straight supported and go ahead and get nice and comfortable.
If you need to close the door,
If you'd like to press pause and light a candle,
Feel free to do that.
Just take a few moments and very gently we're going to just try and turn down the volume of all the energy around us,
Any noise,
Any tension in your life.
Let's just try and together take a few nice deep breaths in through the nose,
Breathing into your belly without lifting your shoulders and gently exhale through your mouth.
Let that breath go,
Let it fade away.
Feel your body,
Your jaw relax,
Your shoulders relax.
And let's do that again,
Nice long slow deep breath in through your nose and release.
Let that breath just gently let go.
If your eyelids have not fallen shut,
Feel free to just gently allow them to fall closed.
Perhaps you can hear the sounds of nature around me.
I'm sending you this gentle breeze.
I'm surrounded by what looked to be evergreen trees,
Actually all different kinds of vegetation,
Just pure green.
When I see this color green,
I immediately think of the heart chakra,
Right our heart and this soothing energy,
This soothing color,
This lush,
Healthy,
Vibrant,
Peaceful energy of green.
So as you take your next deep breath,
Visualize something green,
Perhaps it's a plant in your apartment,
Perhaps it's beautiful green grass outside in a park.
Whatever comes to mind for you just gently as you breathe in through your nose,
Visualize this green energy this.
And let that go as you exhale,
Direct that energy visualize that green glowing radiant energy,
Reaching every part of your body healing you.
Let's do that a few more times gently breathe and visualize and gently release,
Let go free yourself and just allow everything all within you to be replenished with this natural healing energy.
Let's do that one more time long slow deep breath visualizing this energy of nature healing restorative peaceful in and gently release that let it go.
Continue following your breath in through the nose feeling it travel down your throat into your heart opening your heart space a little bit more with each breath in opening that heart space feeling this radiant green this radiant glowing energy.
And each time you exhale each time you release you share that beautiful spirit this glowing radiant replenishing energy can feel it reaching every cell in your body restoring you with a sense of calm strength filling you with this deep sense of trust with each breath taking in these beautiful sounds from here in the hills of sariya sanjavasi where I am to wherever you are taking these peaceful sounds of nature this gentle sunlight and this vibrant this very alive surrounding energy of the earth this infinite universe within you and just take it in slowly and breathing into the belly filling up and releasing.
Remembering that any time in your day when you encounter stress when you feel just not quite yourself meaning you don't feel calm you feel anxious or you know there's so much going on in the world right now and it's so important that we focus first on our own healing and trust so anytime anytime at all just know that you can rely on this gentle healing of this connection of just taking a few moments to yourself wherever you are throughout your day if that means closing the door at work or in the bathroom stall if you need to get away hopefully you're able to do that and just take a few deep breaths visualize perhaps this calming green even without knowing the names of most of the plants around me I can just feel this and I'm sending you this glowing energy whenever you listen to this just feel it coming from my heart with each breath the surrounding area and traveling to your heart getting relief assurance trust and above all love with each breath let's close with four deep breaths together in through the nose breathing in gently and releasing allowing your body to completely let go as you exhale let's do that again in and out perhaps picture some nature around you in and out and one last time deep breath in and out from my heart to yours from here in Barcelona to wherever this finds you wishing you a beautiful evening beautiful day and sending you love and natural green energy from within you the universe with so much love until next time.
