Jessie Rain Anne Smith is a brain injury survivor and qualified mindfulness teacher through the Center for Mindfulness at UCSD. She founded Mindful Concussion to help fellow survivors cultivate calm clarity, and reduce the frequency, intensity and duration of the waves of freak-out and fogginess that come with an injured brain. Jessie’s focus is on concrete strategies and skills you can incorporate into daily life with a brain injury. Her heart-felt approach to teaching will leave you feeling understood, resourced, and less alone.
