Welcome to this short meditation for anxiety infused with Reiki healing.

I hope it brings you peace,

Centering and a remembering of all the love that is.

Coming to find a comfortable seat and just bringing one hand to the heart space,

One hand to the belly and taking a big inhale.

And exhaling,

Just dropping from the head into the body,

Breathing in your own time as I gently connect to Reiki energy,

Washing these feelings of tension and anxiety away.

And bringing in peace and love and relaxation.

And just noticing as you inhale how you fill the body with a white light.

And just noticing with each exhale as your shoulders grow heavy,

As your neck softens,

Your arms and hands fall gently by your side.

Your spine and internal organs soften and smile up towards the sun.

And as your hips ground down and open out sideways.

As your legs begin to grow heavy and let go,

Your feet connecting to kissing the earth.

And inhaling deeply and exhaling,

Just noticing as your body softens.

Just noticing the white light that infuses and surrounds you.

And just gently telling your heart,

Your body,

As if inhabiting in this moment your higher self,

That it will all be okay.

Reminding yourself that it almost always is.

Inhaling into sunlight.

Exhaling into the wind through the trees.

Inhaling into clouds across a clear blue sky.

Exhaling into the ocean breaking the surf on a beach.

Inhaling into a hummingbird.

In the Amazon.

Exhaling into a turtle in the deep ocean.

You are connected to all,

Noticing the white light that infuses and surrounds you.

And just bringing in once more from the top of your head this sense of peace.

And allowing it to trickle down through the body,

Through the cells.

And bringing in also this remembrance that you are so loved,

You are so held,

You are so safe.

And taking a big inhale,

Gently raise your eyes and come back into the room.
