Hello,

I'm Jessie Galvin.

Welcome to your new moon energy activation.

The new moon is a time of beginning again,

A natural pause,

A reset,

A moment to plant new intentions.

Today we're going to harness this lunar rhythm to open up new possibilities in your life.

Even if you can't see the moon,

Take a moment now and sense her presence above you.

Feel that dark,

Quiet,

Fertile space of potential.

As you allow your body to relax into this practice,

Place your hands on your womb space or your lower belly or anywhere around your pelvis that feels comfortable and inclusive for you.

This is your creative center,

The place in you that knows how to grow new things slowly in its own timing.

Breathe gently into this space as if your inhale could soften and widen the area beneath your hands.

Take a few moments now to breathe deeply,

Connecting with this sacred part of your body.

Now begin to set an intention for this lunar cycle.

What are you ready to invite in?

It might be a feeling,

A way of relating,

A next step in your work,

Or something deeply personal.

The invitation is to let it bubble up from within you,

To let it be simple,

Honest,

And kind.

Now imagine breathing this intention down into this part of your body as though you're placing a seed into rich and dark,

Fertile soil.

There's nothing you need to make happen right now.

Just plant the seed.

Taking a few deeper breaths now.

If it feels okay,

Bringing your awareness back to the new moon above you and imagine her subtle,

Steady energy meeting you here.

You may picture it as a gentle darkness,

A cool light,

Or simply a feeling of quiet support pouring in through the crown of your head,

Down through your spine and into your heart.

And finally,

Into that part of your body where your seed of intention rests.

Let this new moon energy and your own inner wisdom meet each other now.

Feel that sense of something new waking up inside you.

You don't have to release all old patterns at once.

Just trust that this is a moment of beginning.

Now place both hands on your heart.

Silently repeat your intention one more time in your own words.

Feel the moon quietly witnessing you here,

Holding your process with you.

Take three deeper breaths now.

With each one,

Feel this new moon intention settling into your body and into your energy field.

You are now moving in rhythm with something bigger than you,

Yet deeply rooted in yourself.

You are ready for what wants to emerge next.

We'll close with one more deep breath in through the nose.

And sighing it out through your mouth.

Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Bringing your awareness back to your body.

And opening the eyes when you're ready.

Thank you so much for being here.

I'm Jessie Galvin.

Have a beautiful day.

You
