Hello,

I'm Jessie Galvin.

Welcome to this Empath Energy Protection,

A daily shield for you moving through your day.

So if you're someone that feels a lot,

I just want to clarify that there's nothing wrong with you.

Being highly sensitive is an intelligence within you.

This practice is here to help you stay open without getting overwhelmed.

So first let's come home to your own energy.

Place both hands on your heart.

Notice the contact of your hands and the gentle rise and fall of your breath.

Take a few moments here to see if you can fully experience one inhalation and one exhalation as the breath flows naturally in and out of your body.

In this moment now,

This is you with you.

This is your essence,

Your center.

Now with your next few breaths,

Begin to imagine a field of light forming around you,

Starting at your heart and slowly expanding outward.

It might feel like a soft mist,

A gentle glow or a subtle energy around your body.

Let it take on a color or a texture that feels protective today.

Maybe a soft blue,

A muted white or a deep forest green.

With every exhale,

Allow this energy field to expand around your whole body,

Your front,

Your back,

Your sides,

Above you and below you.

This is not a hard wall.

It's a loving boundary,

A filter and it lets in what nourishes you and gently diffuses what doesn't.

Sense this field extending about an arm's length in every direction.

Within this space is you,

Your feelings,

Your needs,

Your truth.

Anything that doesn't belong to you can be noticed but does not need to be absorbed.

It can stay outside of this loving field where it belongs.

Now set this intention in your own words silently after me.

I am protected in my sensitivity.

I honor my boundaries and I hold my frequency with love.

Notice how this protective field feels around you now,

Like a gentle breathable layer between you and the world.

You are still open,

Still loving but now you are sovereign in your own energy.

Take three deeper breaths now and with every inhale feel your center and with every exhale acknowledge this boundary becoming more familiar and more integrated into your field.

Know that this protection travels with you throughout your day.

At any moment you can refresh it by simply placing your hand on your heart,

Taking a breath and remembering this energetic space around you.

Your sensitivity is a gift and as you continue to build this relationship with it becomes more powerful and more sustainable.

We'll close by taking one deep breath here in through the nose and sighing the breath out through your mouth.
