I'm Jessie Galvin.
Welcome to this two-minute workplace energy protection.
You can do this meditation anywhere,
At your desk,
In a meeting,
On a train,
It just looks like you're breathing.
So we start by taking a normal breath and as you do imagine your weight dropping down through your body like roots extending into the ground beneath you.
As you continue to breathe feel yourself anchoring here.
On your next breath imagine a thin invisible layer around your body like a second skin.
This is your boundary,
It keeps you in your own energy.
If you're around stress or big emotions see them reaching this layer and simply sliding off or dissolving.
You can notice them without taking them in.
Keep breathing normally and with each exhale let this boundary feel a bit clearer.
And with each inhale come back to your own calm center.
Silently set this intention,
I am protected in this space.
I maintain my center of peace and calm.
Feel your feet on the ground,
This subtle shield in place and know that you can interact from this centered and protected space.
Take one more gentle breath here and return to your day with this quiet protection around you.
