Day 3 of the Self Love Challenge meditating with the mirror. Your deepest expression comes from your body. The emotions, sensations and heart felt connection meets a profound level into your sense of self. On day 3, you will not only see yourself and feel yourself, you will also express from your body. Your body holds the codes and insights. The wisdom is not from the mind, yet when you let go of the mind and open yourself to what the body wants to speak into existence. After the 8 minute meditation, sit with these reflection questions. Reflection Questions: - Take your time to write your emotions and process on paper from the meditation. - How can you care for yourself while these emotions are here? - What came alive when you expressed from your body? (Emotions, sensations, resistance, etc) - What mantra can you take with you to create an opening within yourself to take this bodily expression into your relationship with yourself and others?

Mmm my friends,

Welcome back to our final day,

Day three of this self-love portal.

The last few days you've really been connecting with yourself.

You've seen your you,

You felt your heart,

And now you'll have the opportunity to express from your body.

So if you haven't already go ahead and set up yourself in front of a mirror with your candle,

Your sage,

And begin to look into your eyes and take that first deep inhale with yourself,

Breathing in deeply and exhaling audibly.

I'm going to give you a few moments to just take this time to gaze into your eyes uninterrupted.

Beginning to bring your energy down into your body.

If it feels easiest to drop into your heart first,

Just allow the energy to drop into your heart.

Feel the sensations of your heart.

And then begin to expand out into your entire body and breathing into any sticky bits in your body.

Just taking that deep inhale and letting it go.

And as you gaze into your eyes and feel into your body,

I'll invite you to feel any emotion that arises.

Name the emotion.

And then the invitation will be to speak from that emotion.

So as you feel into your body,

You can even ask yourself,

What emotion am I feeling as you gaze into your eyes?

You can name that emotion out loud.

And then continue to speak from that emotion.

Allow that emotion to be seen,

Heard,

And felt by you.

Do this until you feel the emotion has spoken fully and freely.

And feel that if there's other emotions in your body,

You can do this a few times.

Just stay present with whatever is alive.

Watch yourself as you speak aloud and open yourself to feeling you.

I'll leave you for a few minutes and call you back when it's time.

Just taking a deep inhale wherever you're at.

And exhaling as you continue to gaze into your eyes.

Just allowing yourself to marinate here.

Finding stillness and silence with yourself.

Holding the gaze.

Seeing you.

Feeling you.

Expressed by you.

Taking one last inhale together,

Breathing in.

And exhaling out.

Saying thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you to yourself for this time spent with you,

Expressing you.
