My friend.
Welcome to this self-love meditation.
In this meditation,
I'm going to tap into the infinite self-love that you have.
That's in your heart,
That's in your soul,
And maybe sometimes that's missing,
But we love her too.
So,
When you're ready,
You can close down your eyes,
Making sure that you're comfortable.
And taking that first step to a deeper sense of self-love by taking an inhale in through your nose,
And out through your mouth.
And again,
Breathing in through your nose,
And out through your mouth.
And just finding stillness,
Inviting silence into the mind,
Inviting an opening in your heart,
And inviting peace into your soul,
Allowing it all to wash over you and through you,
Bringing attention to your heart space,
Maybe even placing a hand there.
Feeling your palm against your chest,
Feeling it rise with your breath,
And fall with your breath.
And I want you to say to yourself,
Whether out loud or inside,
I love you.
Every shadow,
Every light,
Every pattern,
I love the essence of which you exude and who you are.
And just feeling how that sits with your heart,
How that moves with your soul,
And letting it sink a little deeper,
Not just feeling the front of your heart,
But also the back,
And the spaces in between too.
Knowing the blood flowing through your veins is love too.
The journey that you have been on to this exact point is love too.
That your entire essence embodied is love of you.
Allow yourself to marinate in this self-love for just a moment longer.
And when you feel ready to meet yourself back here in your physical body,
Full of love,
You can open your eyes.
