Transcript

I show up today to a world of possibilities.

I pay attention to my breath today and know that I am alive for purpose.

I feel my feet on the earth and know that I'm connected to 8 billion other people.

I see this body and I am grateful for how it houses this one life that I have to live.

I recognize the privilege of the voice that I have and pledge to use my words to build up.

I take inventory of my relationships and recognize the mutual lifting up that we have to do.

I understand my challenges and limitations.

Within the best of my abilities,

I strive to be the best version of myself.

Today,

This new day,

Is the most precious and common aspect of our lives.
