Hello,

I'm Jared Wessler,

And this is my daily gratitude.

Give me about five minutes,

And I'll lead you through.

Gratitude is one of the most essential practices in my life,

But it's not always easy.

So that's why I'm here to lead us in song.

Before we get going,

Let's take a giant deep cleansing breath.

So go ahead,

Breathe in.

Biggest breath of the day,

And hold it at the top.

And let it out with a.

.

.

Ah,

That always feels so good to me.

And as the music comes around,

Let's sing our chorus.

Thank you,

Thank you,

For what we've come to do.

Thank you,

Thank you,

For what we've come to do.

Thank you.

Today,

I'm grateful for music.

I might be a little bit biased as a musician,

But if you think about it,

There are songs out there that amp you up for your workout.

They break your heart.

They make you feel more connected to the world around you.

They provide that bit of release,

That bit of emotion.

Music is an amazing thing,

And a tool that in the modern world,

We have in abundance.

So in those moments that you really want to feel something,

Change your mindset.

Think about the music that really gets you there.

Whether you need to amp up for that workout,

Or calm down and take a deep breath.

Choose the right song,

Or maybe just sing to yourself.

Thank you,

Thank you,

For what we've come to do.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you,

For what we've come to do.

Thank you.

So I invite you today to find that perfect song for your day.

And even if it is just the song that's in your heart,

That's amazing.

This is a gift that all of us have.

Some of us feel we can't sing,

And that's a story we tell ourselves.

But I hope regardless of how you feel,

You sing with me one more time.

Thank you,

Thank you,

For what we've come to do.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you,

For what we've come to do.

Thank you.

As always,

I am grateful for your willing heart,

And for you being here today.

Thank you.
