Thank you for joining me for this five minute confidence boosting meditation.

This could be done before a big meeting or presentation,

Or even daily,

Regularly,

To boost one's confidence.

Finding a comfortable position for your body now,

Ideally seated.

And if you like,

Gently closing the eyes.

Take two deep,

Clearing breaths just to arrive in this moment right here,

Right now.

Breathing in deeply through the nose.

Exhale through the mouth with a sigh.

And just like that,

In through the nose.

Out through the mouth.

Beginning to feel your body here.

Scanning gently from head to toe,

Noticing what you find.

Feeling where your body needs support and where the earth is holding you up.

See if you can push just a bit against this support.

Feeling a bit of your strength.

As you breathe in,

Feeling the length of your spine.

These next few breaths,

Letting your spine continue lengthening.

Space moving between your vertebrae.

These next few inhales,

Feeling the breath widen your ribs,

Your chest,

Your collarbones slightly.

Feeling expansive and full.

Scanning your body once more and noticing the signals that it sends your brain.

When your spine is long,

Your chest is broad and proud.

Breathing in a bit more space,

Taking up more space.

Now imagine that a loved one has just given you the pep talk that you would give them.

They have told you the exact words that you need to feel your most confident,

Your most proud,

Your most resilient.

Breathing in these words and these feelings now,

Knowing that every word is true and letting this ripple through every cell.

Breathing in confidence.

Breathing in,

I can do this.

Breathing in,

I am doing this.

Taking one last deep,

Full breath.

Breathing in as much confidence,

As much space and expansion as you can,

Knowing that you've got this.

Gently releasing this intention,

Letting it come to be.
