Welcome to this short three minute reset for calm.
Find a comfortable position for your body and close the eyes gently if you like.
Begin by just noticing the points of contact your body is making with whatever is holding you up.
Start to soften just a bit more into that support.
Let's take two clearing breaths just to release a little bit of whatever may have accumulated.
Exhaling to prepare.
Long slow inhale through the nose,
Audible sigh through the mouth,
Release.
Let your body soften.
Again in through the nose.
What can you let go of in your exhale?
Letting your breath soften all throughout your torso.
Let it melt your belly,
Melting your chest,
Your ribcage,
So soft.
The next minute,
Let your weight gently melt into whatever's holding you up.
You might imagine an image of snow gently falling onto the earth.
Continue letting your body land in exactly the same way.
Welcome to stay here if you have a bit more time and if you're ready to come out,
Starting to deepen your breath.
Begin wiggling fingers,
Toes,
Maybe roll head left,
Right,
Take any gentle stretches that might feel good.
Blinking your eyes back open when you're ready.
